Yeah I heard the motors and controllers are junk also the break pads go out quickly on their smaller rotors, most likely Chinese junk, returned mine and got a Kaabo instead, also varla customer service was the worst I asked for a refund months ago and it took forever to get through to someone about my problems.

I like that straightforward not messing around just want your controller varla is terrible with these videos and they take forever to send you the parts trust me been there done it. Good luck to you hope everything works out

So , they were very prompt and I received a controller and grip tape as requested. Scooter is 100% and still going

Twice the motors, twice the problems

Imo they’ve been very helpful & responsive. I applaud their customer service like 99%.

They sent me a broken scooter and refused to honor the warranty agreement. That's what I get for buying from a Chinese company.
