I having a similar problem but mine sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn’t. And when it does turn on when you hit the throttle, it says E6 and it shuts off. Also, it seems like the problem you’re having looks like as if the battery was unplugged completely from the scooter, but I don’t know how that would be possible because that plug is really hard to unplug.

This is what I'm afraid of when buying scooters over $1k+ and something like this happens. Customer service or care would be a true test with these company when things like this happen imo. I'll gladly pay a premium price for a scooter is the customer care is excellent. I had a bad experience with MacWheel and will never buy from them again. I'm careful who I buy from now, it doesn't matter if you have a scooter that can transform into a bike, if your customer service/care is lacking, I don't want it when it becomes a hunk of junk laying around. Hope you get this sort out bruh, Good Luck!

I've had my eagle one less than 90 days and this happened. Dealing with Varla is a good experience. Customer service tried to troubleshoot with me but I don't know anything about electricity so they are exchanging it for me. Two days of emails vids over the weekend yeah Sunday as well Varla communicates on weekends Legendary!!

You may have accidentally killed your battery. According to the manual even if if not being ridden, you still have to charge your battery at least once or twice a month. Don't ever let it just sit and you said you only rode it a few times

Unplung the charger from the wall so the green light fades away and plug back into the scooter over and over til the light turns red. It's the charger. The charger should be red. The scooter is fine

Both chargers just happen to have the same failure at the same time? Come on.

I completely agree with unplugging the chargers. They are electronic and need to reset. That’s why they sometimes overheat and fail causing them not to shut off automatically when the battery is fully charged and causing fires. But I don’t think this is the case here.

Had this scooter no more than 3 months and for a scooter I hardly ever use is giving me so much trouble. Warped rotor rubbing into brake pads, faulty charge ports as the make crackling noise sometimes when inserting charge port. One charge port not charging correctly. Scared to leave it charging over night due to spark crackling noise i heard. hand brake made with some sort of cheap cement as it just fell apart when pressing on brake. Steering shift feels flimsy, like it will bend. And to top it off one of the charge ports was loose and came out and I had to fix the issue which I almost shocked myself as it sparked when tightening with needle nose pliers. Also the tool that came with package was totally useless as the majority of the tools did not accomadate to the screws that where required to be removed. Had to use my personal tools. This is not looking good for you varla as I really want to enjoy my scooter when I have time instead of worrying whether or not my scooter will charge or burn my place down. Flimsy rotor and steering shaft. Terrible brake levers and tool set. Honestly I don't know what to do, I paid good money for all this, this ain't right!

I got the e06 code with mine. When I try to ride, it works for about 15 seconds then voltage drops and scooter cuts out. When I plug it in, same as you green lights. Unplug it, ride 15 seconds. Repeat. Suspect bad battery unless something else is causing voltage to crash.

I would buy two new 1000w controllers a hot new good quality display and get it weather proofed... bring it to E-Mile 1012 14th street NW, DC ask for AP. get it upgraded and fixed proper... weather proof it we use windshield sealer to weatherproof electric scooters...or flex seal...
