After 2 years of owning mine, it has 2,900+ miles on it. It has held up to constant beatings from the road and still comes back for more.

I have about 8500 on my little 49cc gas/ hybrid foot scooter. 3 engines many tires, and bearings. The frame and suspension is still perfect! I'd love to hear the batteries being replaced ?

@@Vmaxfodderit’s honestly pretty easy. They last a long long time. Definitely 5000miles+ and it’s only around $250-$300. Legit you just unplug and replug 4 cables. And you’re done

My first scooter was a Varla E1 , a few months back I sold it and got a Kaabo Wolf King GT to replace it with... Literally went 62 MPH on the Kaabo just yesterday and it feels extremely solid with the double stem front end, but sometimes i do miss my varla, its smaller size means its more portable, it fits in a trunk and honestly, and i know this is completely subjective, but sometimes its just nice to have a quote fingers "cheap" scooter to throw around that your not worried if it breaks versus one that costs $3600 that you try and baby cause its a substantial investment and you dont want to ruin it

My first scooter was a gift to me for my bday and it was an Unagi model One, and after riding it at home I realized it would be horrible in streets from bumps and holes with suspension so I got a Yume X11 instead, and then as months went by met a couple of people who had Varla Eagle 1's and heard only good things from it so I decided to get an eagle one but couldn't let go of the Yume X11 as it has a higher top speed. About 3 months ago I decided I wanted thw Kaabo Wolf King GT and got that along with an additional Eagle One Varla Pro. Soon realized I needed something portable so I got an Unagi model one, and today also ordered a Niu Kqi3 Pro due to portability. So now have 6 scooters for one person. :d

I bought my Eagle one because of this channel and I love it so much more than I thought I would.

I bought this scooter because of the KZread hype and regretted it terribly. Broke down after not even 20 miles & sat for months waiting on parts from Varla. Best decision I made was selling it and buying a Vsett 10+ from Rev Rides. Local support = parts arriving within 2 business days, not 6+ months.

I'm 6ft2in 300lbs and this is my first scooter I've clockd in 510miles no flats no problems besides the crap aluminum bolts on the rims I had to replace its been doing Me great in my mountain town

Great video, very well edited and narrated. I enjoyed the music, too. I too love my Eagle One, it's an amazing option for a budget performance scooter, but I do wish I were offered with a 60v system. It would do well with a bit more torque for off-road rides.

It's because of RK9 review and recommendation (plus discount codes) that I purchase the eagle one. After a year and slightly under 500 miles I don't have any major problems with it. I use this or my Ebike (juiced cross current) as my go-to day to day commute. If I have to nitpicked the back fenders do rattle whenever I go off roading. My highest speed is 36 mph ( but then I do weigh 230 lbs.) I'm still undecided whether the eagle pro is enough of an upgrade. But other than that Varla Eagle One is a solid buy.

Great videos and much information that you bring to your viewers. You're one of the reasons why I recently purchased an Eagle One. I was wondering where you purchased your Eagle One . I'm asking because I bought mine from the Varla Website and already having issues with the tracking number I was given and worried if it's a scam due to my bank suspecting it may be fraud. I have been going back and forth with their customer service through emails, so thats some what reassuring. I was wondering if anyone who reads this; also had a delay in shipping or possibly used another dealer to purchase their Eagle One. If anyone or yourself can let me know how long it took to ship, that would be greatly apprecaitetd. Besides that your videos are awesome and keep up the good work.

Looks promising. Last thing I want is a lemon ( like your Mantis ). I want to haul mine out to the boonies and cruise well graded gravel roads on "Nature" observation rides.

I wondered if something like this handles large gravel pretty well... we have a lot of old train track trails that have some pretty large gravel, with tires like you have and the suspension on this, do you think it would be tolerable to ride over at speed for a decent distance?

How many miles did you put on it? I put close to 700 on mine and the front motor burned up and caused both controllers to fail. Still waiting on parts.

I've had mine for a couple of months now. Almost 400 miles on it when I got it the seat came about a month later and the seam was torn. No one would ever get back to me after numerous times trying to get a hold of them. I don't think it'll ever be resolved. I had absolutely the worst customer service from this company. And I'm not alone

My Eagle One was stolen after 3 weeks or so. Just long enough to fall in love… My Eagle One Pro should ship any day now!! Good luck with the Pro! I have mine waiting now for a week for a warranty claim. Very cheap parts for a $2k scooter. Their customer service is subpar as well. Ships direct from China, so it will take forever to get replaced.

@@bigballsUFOs I have an AirTag in the body, the lock, and my accessory bag. An alarm that is honestly too loud, and a NY forget about it lock with another chain lock on the way! I’m still expecting it to walk off eventually, but I might get it back now!

I got mine yesterday. Scooter is dope but there is a problem with the steering column. I noticed that the steering column locks at the center position. When I move/turn the handlebar to left and right i.e. when the bar crosses center position, it locks for a second ( there is some kind of resistance at the center position) As if there is a part that locks the handlebar at the center position. After starting the scooter up and riding, I could feel the same while steering. Handlebar locks at the center position with a jerk and then I have to use some force to turn the handlebar left and right. This was super dangerous and un-rideable. I couldn't find any solution online or on the Varla website regarding this. Any suggestions?

I point this out too in my first impressions video from a couple years ago. It helps prevent speed wobble at higher speeds and once you get used to it its nice to have.

Hmm Off road, Helmet, Gloves Leather jacket, maybe wrist guards,do you think? Is this not part if off road riding ?

How is your aftermarket rear shock holding up? Mine broke in less than a week after my Eagle One arrived, only doing casual street riding. Emailed Varla with pics and they sent me a link to buy a replacement shock. Some warranty....

If anyone is looking into buying a Smartgyro series scooter, I do not recommend them at all. After having 2 of them(Smartgyro rockslider V2 & Speedway pro) for 8 months the clamp that holds the handlebar started to bend and become loose, so it would turn easily without accually turning the wheel. Try to find only scooters with solid beam handlebars that you can't adjust, but that is also a downside, but usually the handlebar height is reasonable for most heights.

Meh it’s worth it just as my kaabo mantis pro was worth it. Variety drives progression

Great scooter BUT the steering is terrible. There's a notch in the center that makes micro adjustments and low speed turning almost dangerous! The scooter should have a better castor angle and no notch.

I got 1 and has not worked do not not not waste your money it is garbage
