Recipe:
Flour : 180gms
Cornstarch: 30gms
(if using baking flour: 210gms)
Sugar : 180gms
Baking Powder: 1 & ½ tsp
Baking Soda : ½ tsp
Eggs : 2 Large
Butter : 70gms
Oil : 30 ml
Vanilla : 1 tsp
Milk : 200ml
Curd : 80 gms
- Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10mins
- Prepare the cake tin (12*12) by brushing it with oil and coat it with flour.
- Mix all the dry ingredients and slowly incorporate all the wet ingredients, mixing well with each addition. The batter will be thin.
- Pour it in the cake tin and bake it for 30-40mins until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
