Your recipe is amazing. I multiplied it by four and made a 30 cm diameter cake . It turned out perfect. Just a tip if someone is reading my comment, this is suitable for decorating a birthday cake so basically you need to put juice and whipping cream for it not to taste dry. If you just want it with tea or coffee, this isn't the suitable recipe . My opinion ofcourse.

@@tahzeeba hello, it's great. But as i said it needs syrup because it's a bit dry. Put orange juice . It will taste delicious. Also if you put orange zest after whipping the eggs, the smell will be amazing.

By far the easiest cake recipe I have come across. I made a green tea version as I’m not a fan of chocolate. I substituted the coco for matcha, it’s fluffy and has the right amount of sweetness. Absolutely loved it. Thank you for sharing🙏🥰

I tried this recipe with half of it's ingredients to make a smaller trial cake just to see if the recipe works without oil and milk, I must say I was pleasantly surprised when it did, the cake was soft and spongy 👍Going to make it's actual size for my nephews birthday, inshallah. Thank you for the lovely recipe! Edited: I added 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup oil to the recipe and it worked wonders, cake was much more moist and tasted more chocolaty.

@@hibaakram5021 Actual recipe: Eggs: 4 (at room temperature) Sugar: 1/2 cup (100g) Vanilla essence: 1 tsp Flour/ all purpose flour: 2/3 cup (80g) Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup (20g) Baking powder: 1 tsp For half the size cake, half all the ingredients and it took me 20 minutes at 170⁰C, I will suggest you to check your cake every 10 minutes to make sure it's not under or over cooked. To half size cake recipe: Eggs: 2 (at room temperature) Sugar: 1/4 cup (50g) Vanilla essence: 1 tsp Flour/ all purpose flour: 40g (1/3 cup) Cocoa powder: 10g (half of 1/4 cup) Baking powder: 1/2 tsp

@@hibaakram5021 to be honest I don't have 2/3 cup, luckily everything was shared in grams so I used that. As much as I'm aware, 2/3 cup is equivalent to 10 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons

Many ppl commented how this cake turn soft without adding butter n oil..so let me inform u..that there is a cake made with using only eggs n flour n sugar and no other ingredients..but rule is u have to beat egg white really well....n use small quantity of maida..if u use 1 cup maida then it will turn hard...so for 4 egg half cup maida..then ur cake will b soft ...and it doent need baking pw or soda or hot water ,oil butter etc
