IDEA: Make a printable master list of all the items you always need to take with you (pillows, utensils, toothbrushes, etc.) and cross them off as you put them in the van. Don't cross them off before, because that is how stuff gets left behind! Perhaps also buy an extra set of certain items to keep in the van. This was such a fun video! Loved the ending, and the second ending too!

I noticed you guys were struggling with starting the van here and there! I was taught during my time as a lot tech cleaning those vans, that if you're struggling try this: There's a little slot for the key fob in the middle of the dash- like where the radio is- on the bottom by the floor. Stick the key fob in there and then try starting it. Ive had to do it once or twice and that was usually what needed to be done to fix it. Not sure if the dealership showed you guys, but I hope it helps!💜

And this is why we always make trip appropriate lists before we leave the house(camping --- pillow, cooking stuff, food,,,,etc) Loved how at the end you became a couple of scalawags with the ball in the no ball zone 😅😅

Most people just have a set of pillows, utensils, cookware, toothbrushes, hair supplies, over the counter meds, first aid, emergency set of comfy clothes, emergency supplies, etc that stay in their van. That way they only really have to worry about getting groceries, packing prescription meds, location specific clothing, and anything that you can't keep in the van.

@@lissaw4 .. Here in the south west of BC.. most times we removed any fabric items, as parking our motorhome for 2 - 3 weeks at a time would be enough to have things get a bit musty and damp.. (late summer, fall and early spring), so we ended up bringing items into the house between uses.

i moved to montenegro from the uk in 2021 and you guys have always helped me feel better about being away from home so thank you!

I'm a 62 year old Grandmother from Maine a state in the US and I love watching your videos. When I'm lonely and need to smile I watch you kids and you make my heart lighter, Here's an idea to be better prepared for your next adventure. Make a set list of things you need each time you go and make sure you check it before leaving.

The trick to never forgetting anything is to make a printed out laminated sheet for the van that includes everything you need. Remember to write it out when you’ve plenty of time and can add to it as you go. Then just tick off items in the van before leaving home.

Liana I couldn’t tell your weren’t wearing any makeup you look beautiful with and without makeup on ❤

For your cooking, you could food prep at home where you have a full kitchen and put it in the fridge in the van and use your microwave to warm things up that would make cooking easier for times when you have Kozy and you need to cook early so you’re not rushing around

I'm glad the van life seems to be working out for you. As an American, I enjoyed the campground tour. I studied in Stratford-upon-Avon for a bit in the 90's, so I enjoy seeing the UK again.

Great video as always! Pro tip: to avoid splash back from your pan you can get a splatter guard for your pan. (It is a mesh cover that catches all the stuff that bubbles as you cook!)

Toothbrushes, shampoo and soap, etc. When we had our camper. I had a shower/bath basket, a picnic basket, and a snack basket. After each trip, I would wash and refill as needed and place directly back in the camper, so there wasn't anything forgotten.

Starting my day watching you guys has absolutely made me feel great! Whatever you do always stay true to yourselves as you both are awesome .. and real! In canada we have provincial camp sites that are usually in the woods with a fire pit, picnic table and out houses. The private campgrounds are more fancy with bathrooms, sometimes showers, sometimes a communal hang out area and sometimes a pool. Growing up we used to go to this one called Thousand Trails and they iften had ither things like mini golf and a pond stocked with fish for easy fishing for kids. I had a great time going to these places as a kid, you are creating great memories for Koazy. We did van life even back then, 40+ yrs ago.

Your van is so incredibly pretty and I can't believe you where a huge part of it!

You could leave pillows in the van also, you can get noise cancelling headphones for babies/toddlers and blackout covers for cots. Perhaps you could try these so Koazy can still sleep and you can do things. I'd really encourage having the van all set and the only thing you add is basically your clothes and food. You could even have van toys for Koazy. It can take a little bit to work out the perfect location for everything but it makes it a lot easier to take off. You could even have a little set of travel toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as an emergency. Also buy a pool Noodle and keep it in you "boot". You can cut them up and use them to stop things from moving, secure any rattles etc. Bluetac is also very handy. You could roll some into a log and get Liana's earnings out.

We had a bin w/items that stayed w/the van, like pillows, waterproof cases, then proper pillow cases, set of 2 per pillow(allowing f/laundering after a van trip). Once you get the hang of it, all will go smoother. Also pre-cook things to take w/you. Pasta, casseroles, makes life so much easier. Even a frittata or quiche.

You guys are so adorable together. Love your singing together. *Try make a list of basic items you need like toilet paper, spices, sugar, coffee, cutlery, plates. Fill containers with these basics & keep in the van and just top up with each trip. Keep sunhats, basic toiletries & holiday stuff in van. I used to go camping a lot in a tent here in South Africa & l got packing down to 30min before we leave because l had a method where l think of what l need when l go shower, make list of basics, towel, toothbrush, soap. What l need for breakfast, milk, cereal, eggs, what do you need when you go for a walk, hats, sunglasses bathing suit. Put a list up on your fridge at home so you both know what is essentials. Put everything by front door, double check & then pack into van. Otherwise if one of you forget something the other can help to grab before you leave. Also while camping make a list & put on mini fridge of things you need to remember next time. One do not really need much, that's part of the adventure of camping. **Liana try Avène Thermal Spring Water for your eczema. It's been proven to help. I have personally used it and on my son with his eczema in addition to his skin cream when he was little.

Not at all like New York State in the US. Our Campgrounds have in Each Circle of Sites there is a small building in the middle. One side Men, one side Woman. In each side there are around 4-6 toilets with doors, 4 sinks, one large garbage can, 4-5 shower stahls which have a bench and a shower curtain you can close... Thats It for the building!!! There is always a playground in some area of the campground, usually a pool and a little snack shop/grocery store then a community center also usually with ping pong tables or pool tables and games for kids. There are usually many circles with that little toilet/ shower building in the middle of Each Circle. The other things are usually in the middle of these different circles. Also each camp site has their own electrical hookup station and campfire 🔥 pit and picnic table there. You have to bring your own camp fire wood or hike and get it. We have forests all over in New York so that's not a problem But many choose to bring wood with them. Campfires are a BIG THING here in the US. Everyone has an Evening Campfire!!! We sit around It and roast marshmallows and sing songs, it's so much fun!!! Most people bring their bikes with them also.

That campsite is so homey. We did a cross country (US) trip in an RV and I never checked out the communal bathrooms or anything but one we stayed at had a nice lake and it was very pretty.
