What weight is your van after the build. What size engine is the motor?

I really love the shower placement because if you're muddy or wet, or have a dog like us, you're not dragging that through the van. You can simply hop in from the back and wash off first.

Finally. A truly livable van with a bathroom instead of a kayak garage full of extreme sports gear. Great job.

I think the hidden shower inside the seating area was one of your best ideas, unless someone is full time living in a van, the hidden shower could be put inside a short or medium wheel based van, without sacrificing much space.

Iunno, this makes it so you always have a waterproof, stain proof way to walk into your van and take off your shoes for indoor living space.

So...there are levels to everything. All I can say is that you two are on an entirely different level of your own! Amazing work.

I’m so glad you two are back to building! The separate washroom in the back is so nice. And the colour scheme 👌🏼👌🏼

I've watched a lot of van conversions and I think this one has the best design. The shower in the back is perfect. Just the perfect size van just to stay low pro.

What I love about this channel is how planned and well organized everything inside the van and how they even built it, so just in case someone buys it they will see how solid this van was made 🙋🏻❤️😏

Love the shower. For me my favorite part of the day is starting it with a long relaxing shower so I'm always looking out for van builds that cater to a larger bathroom set up.

Van like isn't for you then. Even with a shower it best be military style or you'll have no fresh water.

You haven't a clue how much water a shower uses or how much a van like this carries. The tank they had there looked like maybe 120 liters - 22 gallons - 2 x 5 minute showers and it's done.

Let me just say I love this build and the positioning of the shower is DOPE! I’ve been looking for a good shower plan, now the only trade off here is you lose the additional storage space and the ability to lounge out on the bed and get outside views. Guess it depends on what’s most important to us

Important to you 😂😂 I’d run my shower out side so I have a outdoor shower and then it can’t create mould on the inside of my van and I’ll still have storage space, and preferably I’d try n place my bed above the drivers seats high up because I’m quite a small guy 5ft7 with a lean build. So I’d maximise the space around and turn the table and chairs underneath be able to turn into a guest bed

@@swavey416_music7 all sounds good! The shower and toilet aspect of the van is what concerns me the most. I don’t feel I’d be able to do vanlife full time with no home base. It’s the kind of thing I would do for road trips and such

I’ve been watching vids like this for years and years and that is BY FAR the best van build I’ve ever seen! You absolutely NAILED IT… and screwed it… and glued it and, and, and… Amazing design! Your skill set is most impressive! Surely you are pros! I wish my budget and lifestyle still accommodated such a vehicle as you would have my order in a hot minute! Thanks for sharing the process. Even the form and production quality of the video is first rate.

The shower in the rear of van is by far the smartest place to put into a conversion unit. Much better than having a bathroom in the front behind driver seat. Bravo. It looks amazing!!!

Gorgeous van. Maybe the cleanest I've seen. The tiling added so much character. And the bathroom is amazing. Great colours and lighting all around. Not sure the layout would work for me, though, as I value a bed that looks out the back doors and a bit of a garage beneath.

I am a huge fan of the shower as well! If I ever had a van like that I'd want to be able to live in it comfortably, even with guests. So the idea of having to shower or use the toilet in the middle of the vehicle is a nightmare to me. THIS on the other hand is absolutely genius and makes me think I could live in a van one day.

I have seen many videos! I mean a lot trying to figure out a van conversion with minimal , but essential for 3 to 4 days out on the road trip, trying to visualize what most couples or single person would want. This is the one! I love it all but I'm a writer figuring what would this couple/person would have to be that self efficient on the road with the comforts of what a home is on the road. This one, to me represents that.

I'm building my van out too. It's amazing how you can put 3 years of build into 10 minutes of video.

I really like this project. I would have placed a small rectangular window in the bathroom in one of the two back doors at the top, this would make it feel less claustrophobic and would let in more natural light instead of the mirror light which is very strong and artificial.

I made the whole rear of my van into a watertight area, so that I could shower in comfort, with a woodburner if so desired. Was really pissed off with awkward cramped showers over the years. Turned the space into something usable. Ideal for watersports/Surfing.

Amazing! That's a no compromise bathroom! But I don't understand why the toilet was put in an angle when there is enough space to put straight, seems inconvenient to sit towards the door. My knees would be smashed against them. BTW, check out the bathroom solution in the Hymer Vision Venture van. It's an expanding area, really smart.
