So relatable I can speak only for myself ! On fb or any social media! I’m tired of scammers on social media including KZread. This video is great! It help me! A lot I’m a new to your channel. I like learning I barely post on social like KZread. Great video anyway!

The womb that you was formed in was lonely and dark..

I have gone 2 weeks of no contact, including blocking with a narcissist. I listen to your videos to reinforce why I must stay away. What you have to say really helps.

Ive blocked a few people in my life ex’s (to move on from in a positive way), people I thought were friends that used me for something and so called “mates” whove left me on read multiple times when all ive tried to do was engage in some conversation. If someone cant make the effort as a “mate” to reply to a message then I’m doing us both a favour and cutting ties permanently 👊

I was once like your father, as my civility and decency are grounded in what now seems to be a distant past and and lost society. I have now blocked two women in my life, and found that it was the only reasonable and rational measure to protect that very same civility and decency today.

Narcs toxic fools are soo easy to spot these days. Peace of mind and choosing to be alone is bliss.

This is what I need to start and keep doing while sticking to it. I dealt with dozens of harsh, mean, abusive, cruel, petty, and narcissistic people. It's time to have much better in my life.

Once you know you go you get out and you stay out, block whoever that gives you a reason to block them, there's a lot of toxic people out here narcissis or not,if you don't like the way your being treated block away, I'm sure it's not the first time they've been blocked and I'm sure it's not going to be the last time they get blocked 👍 up SCG and survivors and thrivers 🙏

To stop the bull crap To stop re-traumatize To stop letting them to take advantage of you I blocked and deleted a narcissist last week. Once in awhile. I wonder what kind of love bombing text message he sent me.

I have blocked my toxic ex, however whenever he rings which is often his number comes up on my phone. I changed his name in my phone to " stalker". However it doesn't stop the impact of seeing his number come up.
