In this take of "Valerie," Aldrine is being his usual superb soulful self, but what I really dig are the fill-in lead lines Karlie plays. Her use of "double stops" is outstanding. I listened to this version of the Amy Winehouse song before I heard the original version. In my opinion, this young lady gave the song its true justice. I dont like the original version as much as the way it's done here. Besides her strong and beautiful voice I can also grasp the emotion that that original artist was trying to get out. Great job and thanks for giving it to the world!!!!! Keep going!
