I saw his first UK lap in 125s in 1996 with my now deceased older son and I saw his last lap in the UK 2021 with my youngest son. That was a very emotional Sunday for me. Thanks for the entertainment over so many years Rossi.
Not just a legendary racer.....an amazing personality and human being, who is short on ego and big on humour 😍🔥

@@dayleashleynolasco5765 Quote from one of his race engineers in an interview with Mat Oxley: “At our first test with him at Eastern Creek we were doing his first debrief, with all the Japanese engineers sitting there, pens hovering, waiting to take notes and get his first impression of the bike. And he says, ‘Well, I need two things: I need a cage in the back of the garage with a dancing girl in it and we’ve got to get some beers in the fridge’. Then he gets up and walks out. There were six Japanese engineers sitting around the table and they didn’t know what to do, what to say or what had just happened. With his talent, he should’ve been world champion, but it was never going to happen.”

100% Suzy and Vale always had that connection in interviews.
For me Rossi will always be the GOAT, The only rider that has had me out of my seat screaming at the t.v. or live at the track urging him to victory, the man has such passion and drive, such vitality, such humour and cheek, I will miss him dearly on track, his style is second to none, and old school gent, but I agree with him on deciding to retire, and wish him all the best for the future, BUT most of all I wish to thank him for the years of entertainment from us, his fans. MotoGP will never be the same without him.
This smiling guy is a live legend! Particularly is the goat of motorcycle racing ever! As a Brazilian it's nice see him talk about Alex Barros and how he learnt some Barros's riding skills. Grazie Rossi!

I could watch interviews with Vale all day long, such a wonderful character. Although it was sad to see the emotion in his eyes when he saw Marco's name.
His personality makes him a legend that we will never forget.
Rossi has beaten every single world champion he has faced in his career that really is unbelievable But what I believe makes Rossi just that bit more lovable is the fact that he is a lovely down to earth man What a legend he is he will be missed by everyone in motorsport

GOAT LEGEND HERO MASTER STAR and a bloody nice bloke. 46!!
I feel very proud to see hafiz syahrin(MALAYSIA) name on vale rivals
Vale has done so much for motorcycle racing in all classes, even none biking people know who he is. I'm old enough to remember Barry Sheene, Kenny Roberts and alike, but Rossi truly is the goat... on and off the track. His story isn't over yet 🙂
Seeing him talking about Alexandre Barros so fondly, to me, as a brazilian, is a motive of pride, and one more reason to admire this legend of the sport.
Fantastic rider!!!! I will miss these guy!!!!!
Top, top man. Absolute legend and no ego.
GOAT!!!!
He said the raiders now are modern athlete, they concern about the food and lifestyle. This is Vale, the old man with the old ways, and still capable of riding and competing with those modern riders. Amazing...

He's the reason why I love motorcycling and racing, everyday I ride and pretending to be like him, such an inspiring person..
Lucky enough to see him for the first & obviously last time at Silverstone on Sunday. I feel genuinely privileged. Grazie Vale
Legend
Thanks for this great talk with Vale, I could listen to Suzi and Valentino for hours.
No other rider can’t break Rossi record….he’s is a true legend in motogp modern eras…be a world champion with different team and factory…that what make Rossi so special…especially when he move from Honda to Yamaha…that why Rossi have so many fans in the world of motogp…truly a legend…
Me and my friends are planning to go with our motorcycles from Sweden to Italy next year......My plan is to visit Tavullia and if I am lucky to meet Vale there....It woul´d be one of my "Before I Kick The Bucket moment"! I was in Rimini 2015 with my friends.....And we where speaking to many Italians who have #46 ,#58 and # 04 for their favouriteriders......So sad that Marco Simoncelli could not be in the race.....but I am so happy that they have named the circuit in SanMarino after him!!! Hats off to his family and I can only say that he was one off the best fearless rider ever!!! R.I.P Marco
The greatest of all time . What an amazing guy he is , unfortunately it will be his last season . Grazie Vale 💚🤍❤️

Fantastic Vale, same charisma
Most iconic Racer in all premium GP. The Doctor Rossi, with names of Schumacher and Hamilton
Proud to be italian
The Goat being interviewed by the best sports presenter in the business. Magic stuff 👏🏻
One of the best guy in motogp..salute idol👌👌👌
Rossi and the late Marco Simoncelli, dug his hair style, are the only two, for me, racers with a big personality.
charismatic and a champion. The god of racing!
An awesome human being i feel his good energy and to be top of your game for over 20yrs. I duff my cap Sir VR46
The GOAT 👏💝#46
There will never be another racer like him. Once in a generation rider
When she talks about Simoncelli, we could see a sorrow in his face. It ended all of his domination when Stoner and later Marquez took the crown for the 7 consecutive years.

Yeah the Hayden and Simoncelli parts were hard. He was laughing the whole video but those names came up his smile left and he started blinking a lot (I don't know why, probably to stop himself from crying). So sad 😔
2:14 Gave props to Stoner wholeheartedly. Dovi said something similar about the talent.
The connection between suzi and Vale has always been something special. I feel like he truly opens up and is natural with Suzi. There is something about their conversations which is so different to anyone else, and its difficult to explain...but its something very special
Legend. The best in all time
Vale is such a legend...always knew he had respect and friendship with Alex Barros...nice of him to mention in such a special way....
The greatest of all time, that's all.
All of these MotoGP riders are remarkable talents, although over the years I enjoyed watching VR persuade his bike beyond its capabilities to win, a very great racer and decent honest bloke. Thanks for the memories Valentino.
The Moto Gp tracks will never be.the same 🙏❤️🙌

Great interview Suzi, Valentino has brought more to the sport providing another step change. Perhaps in the same way Barry sheene did. In many ways the humour and humanisation of characters in the sport connects the masses to it . It will be a long time before we see his like again, thanks Vale
Legend in motogp👍👍👍
Best interview ever.... period.
The administration we feel for Rossi extends beyond his legendary track skills, sure there are other great riders but none have that special quality that he has nor do they bring the sheer joy that he brought to racing. I’m glad he got out in good health. Thanks for some great times Dr Rossi.
Could watch hours of him talking about memories 😍

He doesn't have hard feelings on Lorenzo, just with Marquez. About Lorenzo he was talking about when Jorge arrived in Yamaha as the next big thing so the team was starting to focus more and more on him instead of Vale who was suffering this situation. That's why he moved to Ducati in 2011

@@aboredperson4202 way back in 2015 when rossi dominated half of the season, and lorenzo is closing the gap in championship points. in sepang, Marc is capable of fighting in the front with Lorenzo, but marc being sneaky slowing down his pace and confronting rossi which lead a contact with rossi in sepang. and rossi had to make a start from the last position in valencia.

It should've been his 11th. Yamaha's reliability issues and Edward's idiot crash at Assen cost him the title in 2006. Like Mir, I will never recognize Hayden as a true world champion, just being in the right place at the right time.

I agree and he could have had three more titles if he did not go to Ducati. The GOAT always. MM and Lorenzo definitely impacted his tenth title, but karma works in amazing ways and MM is not in a good place and cannot fall and get up for ever! We all age.

That painting at the beginning, just love it.
Crying when i hear him talk about Nicky and Marco. A disaster, just like he said...
I just loved the part about the Gobert, another extremely gifted rider
It baffled me when BT Sport got the rights to MotoGP that Suzi Perry wasn't first on their list. Great chemistry with the riders and donkey's years in the sport.

It is indeed true that all of those 175 people riding in the sport have in some way, shape or form has been inspired by Valentino Rossi. No amount of championship wins can ever get close to leaving that as a legacy. I haven't thought of that, interesting find BT Sport.
