Sir, I am thankful to you for the information of calorie intake of foods. My son is following the diet plan of 500 calorie on two days of a week and 1000 calorie on rest five days of a week . 500 calorie days are not continuous . Please, post a video in which the merits and demerits of this plan is discussed.

@@pratikshak1121 jadu diet (Saaol) sirf fruits and vegitable raw, sometime half boiled with all required masala. Some time full boiled, Salad with different dressing, can have Any time, no limit , as and when you feel hungry you can have it.
