After listening to Edda a hundred times over I was almost hesitant to believe Fórnspeki would rival its beauty, but Vévaki has done it again. Another masterful tribute as soothing and mystical as the eddur afore. For myself, Vévaki captures the animistic wonder of the world in such a unique way, and I have yet to find their equal. Can't wait to purchase this album and listen to it as many times as I had Edda. Vévaki is entrancing, and I look forward to their beautiful projects ahead.

Just discovered Vévaki a week ago. I'm highly impressed how they create such atmospheres. Now they're in my regular playlist, among Heilung, Wardruna and Kalakan (Basque Folk trio, check them out)

Last night I saw Wardruna live here in Vancouver. Today, Vévaki drops another gem, to follow up on Edda (which is one of my favourite albums). I am feeling so grounded in the spirit of the gods and ancestors, and in the Earth which gives us life. Thank you! What a week!
