Do not forget to REMAP your autotuner! U can do it by yourself simply using the map from V&H website. Just pic your exhaust model and chose NO BAFFLES, then put new codes on your Fuel Pack.

@@yaros3750 Nice! Just picked up a 2016 V rod muscle with comp slip on. Gonna do this mod. Did the soft filter come out easy? Or did you have to take apart the muffler to get it all out?

Andre Smith Didn’t take it apart, but soft filler kinda hardly came out. I had to snatch it away. Don’t worry about small pieces left inside its gonna be loud anyway..

I just bought a 2011 night rod. When I was looking it over I’m all “yea I’ll do this n that, louder exhaust” and he’s all “oh they took the baffling out. Here check it out” then he starts it up and I’m all 👁o👁

I didn’t check mpg, shouldn’t be a big difference, but sound is noticeable..

My 2 into 1 sounds better with the fibreglass packing than without.. dosnt pop so much and seems to run better.. still as loud but has a better tone

Must have been one hell of a cut on your hands, cause you got all kinds of blood on your gloves.

waycoolcar toys , yes because baffle is secured inside, you have to tear off with force. Don’t worry it will come out

@@yaros3750 yeah I tried...every took off the muffler..need a better tool. Any ideas? There’s a little pry hole in the muffler.

waycoolcar toys I put my hole arm inside in the exhaust pipe to grab the baffle and tear it off, u can see the small pieces of it that I couldn’t remove, but it is ok. Still good result..

This took me 5 hours to do…

@@yaros3750 The mufflers were rusted on tight, then stripped the hex screws on the mufflers, and the baffles were a bitch to get out. Nothing went right for me today, but it’s all good now :)

Actually you should have left them like they was deep and low .. now it sounds light and teeny like a 650 or something it aint all bout how loud pipe are but the quality sound ..Now a 550-600 dollar slip on's ruined .. but we live and we learn
