A strip of tape brings the whole project together. A 2" wide non s-t-r-e-t-c-h / Kleen Peel film tape adhered to the material on the opposite side of the sheet prior to routing will hold the definition of the miter-fold joint perfectly while the glue cures. Z Axis should be down to, but not through the 5 mil, 400 Lb. Tensile Strength film backing. Once the bond is made simply peel off the sticky* tape.
