What bit did you use on the CNC? We have a Shopsabre and I'm thinking about trying this.

I started with a 90 that we had in the machine for other non folded operations. It started fine for a job or 2. Then I had massive what I thought was geometry issues and decided to ditch my Amana insert in a collet chuck for a Ghudo 91 degree insert in a Ghudo heat shrink collet. The Biesse Rover A uses HSK style tool holders but the ISO 32 chuck and collets should be plenty fine on the SS.
