So incredibly stupid. Only window for shipping USPS cost effectively with the eBay discount is A boxes medium rate and 1 to 3 pounds. They just lost millions with this

Heads up, they said we could use up the Regional rate boxes via cubic. We just had a bunch of orders adjusted by up to $2.60 per box for using Regional rate A boxes.

The "adjustment" said "Incorrect packaging used". I priced them as .30 cubics with accurate sizes and accurate weight plus 1 pound. Happened with A and B sized boxes.. All happened on the 25th and 26th and not since.. Maybe they hadn't adjusted the delivery scanners software?

@@csspecs acording to usps website " regional boxes can still be used for but they will be treated as weight and rate packages". They dint mention that they can be used for Cubic shipments. I should call them maybe usps boxes are not allowed for Cubic rate or something, or like you said they have not fully updated their system yet or let their employees know about the changes. On stamps.com website they state that Cubic rate boxes are not free and you need to use your own boxes.

@@najumabirthing Yeah since an A box top load equivalent is 62 cents or so from Uline in bulk, and you can actively price shop with UPS since it's your box.

Yes I know they disconnected it so messed up

It seems now USPS join on making more pricey to ship I believe this is hurting targeting small home business

I was going to ship regional flat rate box a, and then looking on ebay option and wasn't there. I said to myself: "What the F?" Where is it? then I look for info on why and then saw this video.

I will make a follow up video maybe by tommorow. You can only use regional boxes as a regular priority mail by weight. For Cubic you need to use your own boxes

This change has effected thousands of small businesses. With the $600 tax reporting rule and the discontinued regional box A shipping, it’s like no one cares about small business. I had two different jobs that were wiped out overnight on Jeff bezos rise to glory with changes that impacted my income immediately. I never heard a peep about it on the news or internet blogs. It put the company I worked for out of business at Christmas and thousands of other at home moms, dads and retired people across the USA lost their income at Christmas with no warning. I really hope the cubic rate will takes its place but there is no option on eBay for it. How about on Etsy?

Joke on us, 1 cubic ft is 12"x12"x12" box so a .05 cu ft is lot of smaller than the region boxes
