Hey Julie, offer free shipping and set your price so your profit will cover your shipping cost. To figure out how much it’s going to cost you to ship your product you will need to know its size and weight then follow what I explained in the video and you’ll pretty much know how much you should budget.

Alright! I have seen your full video, if I am not wrong you do retail arbitrage as FBM seller? Right? If so, arbitrage is already less Margin as items already retail price, after amazon fee the price difference u gain, all is eaten by shipping label, be it UPS or USPS, drop shipper or FBA seller always win here as fba less shipping cost & drop shipper no shipping (although direct from retail is illegal). The rate USPS or UPS shown website already expensive for arbitrage, their rate is good for if u are manufacturing. Now my question is when u list a products u already have competitors like FBA seller, FBM sellers etc and more speculator is drop shipper shipper, they even sell items with 5% margin, how u can compete them with such shipping expenses? Tnx

I do mainly online arbitrage and I do FBM on a few products, not all of them. Arbitrage margins are not lower than other business models. Where you are mistaken is that you usually don’t buy product at the full retail price. You stack up sales, coupons and cash back to make the item profitable. Watch my video on « how to manufacture margins » to understand this better.

Man I don’t even make any profit doing fbm because my shipping rates are $8.10 for usps and I literally don’t make any profit even selling profitable products. I even know people who are shipping for 3 dollar for 1-70lb all over US idk how

Does Amazon Charge FBM Seller Fees Before the Product Ships?

When you sell something FBM you need to buy the shipping yourself. You can either buy it directly on seller central or you can buy it on a 3rd party website such as pirate ship and enter the tracking on Amazon.

selling a book for 12.00 free shipping to buyer cost me 5. to ship minus amazon fees I bought for 4 dollars I think I made $1 dollar.

I sell multiple stuff of different sizes and weight at my amazon seller account through FBM method. I am facing an issue regarding the shipment. For example I received an order for the pair of shoes. Items total: AED 45.00, Shipping total: AED10.00, Grand total: AED 55.00 as per amazon. But while I am making shipment that is from one city to another city of same country but having different zones. Then only shipment is costing me 280 AED through UPS or any other services which are more higher. This is happening with me every time and I am not able to complete any order. Do you have any suggestions? How I can manage this in 10 AED shipment cost? And how I can manger the price of item 45 AED while shipment cost is going around 280 to 300 AED?

I'm not familiar with shipping in the UAE. This video only applies for the US market. However I heard a lot of people are selling in the UAE market. Do you know of any big seller from there I could invite on the channel to help you guys?
