Very good video for awareness of the bad effects both on the horse as the rider position. I liked an identical video as to the use and effects of the riders body weight.
Very helpful...I realized from watching this that I hold my leg on too long. Going to work on just the quick ask and release next time.
Interesting. I just dipped my toes into leg yields this week I definitely was making a lot more effort than I needed.

Could you do a video like this on how to teach the horse responsibility of the gaits or how to show a beginner to teach their horse to respond to a light aid and not using kicking kicking kicking and kissing noises to get the horse just to go into an upward transition ??

Is this the same as the aid for a bend?
