    The Epoxy Clay does come in different colours. Apparently dry powder pigments works and also acrylic paint, you would need to do a test as I have tinted it before but have read a few articles of Taxidermy's doing it, also the shade will change from freshly tinting it to when its cured. :)

This is why it’s a good idea to read the safety data sheets to protect your health so you can take the necessary safety precautions. This will limit the exposure down, like any product it’s knowing what you are dealing with and using the product safely. Thanks for watching and commenting. 😊

    If using the apoxy sculpt to apply beads, so you scrape out the bits in between the beads so the grout will apply to the substrate?

  • @TreasuryRoad

    @TreasuryRoad

    Жыл бұрын

    When you embed the beads into the AS you are only embedding them part way. The AS shouldn’t go to the very top, this way you will avoid a lot of cleaning up. If you happen to get the AS to the top then you will need to scrape it away and wipe the beads over with water to take away any of its residue. How far you embed the beads is realative to the size of the beads. 😊

    It depends on the type of jewellery, if you are talking about using it in bezels, my favourite is Apoxie Sculpt for that. If you are creating assemblage jewellery then you are better off with E6000. Although its toxic its still the best to use in assemblage so take the necessary safety precautions. :)
