Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hey guys and gals,
I hope you’re having a great Sunday so far. Departing today from my regular plus size fashion content to talk about the benefits of Castor Oil! Yay! No, seriously - a few weeks ago I mentioned the castor oil benefits in a beauty favorites video. Surprisingly, I got a lot of interest.
So, in today’s video I’m talking about castor oil in the belly button, castor oil compress, the best castor oil to use and how to use castor oil for inflammation. It’s worked wonders on my skincare routine, particularly for wrinkles, healing my ovarian issues, PCOS, castor oil has cured my dad’s plantar fasciitis, mom’s arthritis, and more!
As always, I’ll have links to the best castor oil for healing and best castor oil compresses. Hope you enjoy and please like and subscribe. Thanks! Xo

    When you said you were 44 … I instantly bought a bottle!!! Your skin looks freakin AMAZING!!!! I used it overnight for the first day and no joke I noticed improvement in my skin. I walked into the bathroom not expecting anything. I stopped dead in my tracks because the face I went to sleep with was not the face I woke up with… and this is only the 1st day!!! My skin looked refreshed and had a glow to it! Shocked me so bad!!! I’m sold on it 4/ever! Thank you for your video! 💜

    Thanks for this video. I am now using castor oil for lichen sclerosis down there. In 2 days I was amazed with the result and will continue. No more steroids that didn’t help much, anyway! I am also using it now for actinic keratosis on my scalp. Now, castor oil is so thick and heavy… I will tell you that after learning results of others, and growing weary with cryotherapy for 13 years, I made the bold choice to make my castor oil treatment easier by actually getting out the clippers and cutting my hair about 1” long all over my head. Drastic choice, I know. But I do have a great wig collection! And, I am looking for Real Results! My hair will grow back.

    You're most welcome! From what I understand, the compresses work best for constipation. I've also heard that taking a teaspoon by mouth helps too. I've added a little to a salad and it taste terrible. Not good at all...but I did have to go to the bathroom a few hours later. Back when my dad was a kid in the 50's, his parents gave him a spoonful a day for bowel movements.

    I had PF for about 18 months very very painful. I had 3 cortisone shots during that time and none of them worked. I iced it, stretched it, bought lots of different braces for it. And even decided to do radiation, however, it was during Covid, so I wasn’t able to do that. Worked for me as I bought six visits of laser therapy from my chiropractor’s office. And that did the trick.

    A physical therapist taught me to cup mine and how to wrap it with kinesiology tape. It’s gone, after every doctor said there’s nothing that could be done about it. I occasionally still cup and tape if it feels tender at all, but I’m completely sold on the virtues of castor oil and am going to try it instead. Don’t give up, you don’t have to live with that pain or further destroy the foot with shots or surgery!

Within a few days and all within the same week 3 conversations came up without me initiating with people talking if candida. I researched it and it definitely contributes to Fibro. I’ve had to cut back on sugar and use P’dau Arco and Capryllic Acid here and there to help can share more detail if you’d like. But this I think too will help a ton. I plan on trying myself 😊

    Girl, I CAN NOT believe...44 years?!??? .....I genuinely thought you are 10-15 years younger! I remember, my Nona used to say "at some point you'll have to choose -face or butt ,and if you are smart enough,you are going to choose your face over anything else!" I guess she was right..... But, back in the day, everyone believed that no one is"too skinny" (our"icon"was Kate Moss ...) Being a model in the late '90s took a big toll on me. I used to be a work out fanatic! And, although I always had a good skin care regimen, I started to realize that my face needs something extra! That was almost 5 yrs ago. Thank God I started to DRANCH MY SELF IN CASTOR OIL! From had to toe. That saved my skin! Castor oil (organic, could pressed,hexsane free of course) really is a miracle! If nothing, your face obviously is a great example! Thank you Mandy! I am going to try this. I have heel spurs on both feet that actually protrude out the back side of my foot. They are extremely painful and have resulted in me having Achilles tendinitis because they rub up against my Achilles tendons. To date the only thing the foot doctor/surgeon has offered me has been a walking boot for 8 weeks then stretches, which I have done. He’s given me oral steroids which didn’t help. Now he says I can either do the boot intermittently or if I can no longer handle it he can do surgery. Surgery would be 6 weeks of no weight bearing. He would only do one foot at a time. I am going to try this. I will pick up a bottle this week. I have been using voltarin gel and find that it doesn’t help much. It’s a very painful condition that often wakes me up during the night. Hi Susan! Yes, if you have inflammation, such as arthritis, swelling, tenderness - you'll want to make the castor oil cayenne pepper infusion. Plain castor oil works too, but the combination is amazing. If your hip hurts, rub a little on the area that's painful everyday. It's a little thick and takes awhile to absorb, so compresses may work best. Not a stupid question at all! I put it on my face straight out the bottle. I noticed smoother skin in 7 days!

    Could you describe more the PCOS usage? My daughter has PCOS, does she do compresses daily?

  • @UhapiBeauty

    @UhapiBeauty

    7 ай бұрын

    Absolutely! I really try to get her to be consistent with applying the compresses daily, but she's 19 and ANYTHING BUT consistent with anything! LOL So, what we've agreed upon is, when she's due for a period, she'll wear the castor oil compress for about 4 days leading up to it. She also adds castor oil to her belly button. Not a lot, just enough to coat the inside. Your daughter may not know when her next period should start because she's missed (and we were in the same boat too at the beginning) so she'll have to wear the compress as often as she's comfortable until her first cycle starts. Then, you'll have a good point of reference from there. I was very skeptical at first and my daughter thought I was being a crazy lady.....I mean, who puts oil on their body to jump-start a period, right? A few days later she was in class and she texted me. She started her period. First time in nearly a year! The more often she wears, the better though.

    Thank you! The practice of pooling oil in the belly button is called Pechoti and has been around for centuries. Supposedly, when a baby is born and the umbilical cord shrivels, the body is still able to absorb nutrients from oils the area. I'm not sure how much I believe of that, but a lot of people swear by putting castor oil there for better absorption. It's supposed to help in liver function, constipation, digestion, and all manor of the female organs - PCOS, fibroids, tumors, cyst, endometriosis, etc. I've seen a few tiktoks about it and try it myself from time to time, but it's messy. My daughter does it though and she swears it helps her stay regular with her periods due to PCOS.

    Can you consume that brand or is it external use only?

  • @UhapiBeauty

    Well, people have consumed castor oil for hundreds of years, but only to prevent constipation. That’s really all it’s good for internally, but will cause stomach cramping and pain. Externally (via compress) is the best for constipation and stomach ailments.

    I'm on day 3 using it, I have a Sore on my hand that splits and bleeds, doesn't hurt anymore, I'm someone that has suffered for bad sinuses and after 3 days my ears have popped and I can hear again. I literally want to bathe in this stuff. I have so many medical issues and I've had so many prescriptions it's not funny.

    My mom has a hiatal hernia right now and has been using castor oil on it. So far, it has not helped. I’m thinking because it’s a muscle that’s damaged and will need repair, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to try!

    Hello I'm trying to find a video where you talk about using castor oil to heal your thyroid? Surely you did one? I heard that you got diagnosed: then assume you were started on medication/supplements but what happened then; in that you could stop the medication? I've suffered with an untreated under-active thyroid ALL MY LIFE and I'm now in my early 60's - so you have an idea just how that has impacted massively on my life and made it one long miserable struggle.. If you haven't done one with this info - please do one ASAP!

    Yes I did! I talk about it in this video, and the thyroid conversation starts at 6:52. kzread.info/dash/bejne/YnyFrrGcoaiZlJc.htmlsi=Rjo2EPFP9nvkFm7U&t=412 I used the castor oil/cayenne infusion compresses every morning. I continued taking my thyroid medication until my labs started indicating my thyroid was working....then I stopped taking it. That was over a year ago now and my nodules are gone as well. Make sure to do your research before trying though. XOXO

    How do you use it if you got thyroid and fatty liver

  • @UhapiBeauty

    @UhapiBeauty

    5 ай бұрын

    Apply a compress (using organic cotton) is the best way to apply it for those things. The liver in predominately in the front right side, so apply compress there and leave it on overnight. Same for your thyroid. It will take awhile, but you will have great results! Sorry it took so long for me to respond by the way. I didn't see your question until I started looking back at the video. Take care! XO

    My knees ache--and my hips--could i just use castor oil and not cayenne on those areas?

  • @UhapiBeauty

    @UhapiBeauty

    Absolutely! Start with plain castor oil and if you’re not getting relief, make a castor/cayenne infusion. It doesn’t burn the skin at all. Cayenne is very healing.
