How did you do this? Does this help with amblyopia? I play VR games, such as beat Saber, and can see 3-d for a short time afterwards but it always fades. Do you get the same?

I'm making measurable progress as part of the treatment I am getting. Many of the exercises involve doing this very thing to counter suppression while allowing both eyes to work together, unlike patching which counters suppression but doesn't really encourage alignment. So I know it definitely doesn't hurt. It is helpful exercise in the treatment. So it helps most by being a good consistent way to get in some exercise. I'm not sure what my end results will be. My optometrists have been impressed, but I don't know if my progress will really make a real world difference in my life. I use a brock string too though, and I can do things with it that I just absolutely could not do when I first started. So I am hopeful that it's like many other things that seem impossible at first until some hard fought breakthroughs make bigger and better progress possible.

Well I had received this more directly as part of a discord server, but I recently found a page the developer had created. I was reluctant to share something he had not released, but have discovered he did release it. davidball.dev/blog/lazy-vr/ It's an overlay you can run while using any steam game. I provided some feedback for additional features, but he seems to have given up on the project. Having the ability to do red in one eye and green in the other would be very useful too.
