When I look back on this phase… god I hated it. My sleep pattern was awful, was always up late into the night/early hours of the morning. I was only falling asleep out of exhaustion.

yeah its not the most fun phase. but once it's over, you get your beauty sleep back!

Hi, when you washed your hair few months after hair transplant did they fall out with white dry skin

yes! that is called the shedding phase, and the white dry skin is common, you just need to moisturize your scalp to lessen the dryness

I mean if you want a hair transplant you do you but if it was me I would just embrace it and shave it all off as this just seems like a massive pain in the ass
