I personally do not know how much that actually has helped me, but i decided to just go with it since I was going all the way there to do the procedure anyway. From research studies, it shows that oxycure really only works if you're consistently doing it over a long period of time, i cant say for sure if u absolutely need to do it or not.

    is there something to pre- numb your head before you get injected with anesthesia? My transplant is coming closer and the only real thing i'm worries about are those injections, which lets be realistic, are painful. If i can at least make it a little less painful, it would be really control my nervousness.

  • @amitposthair

    @amitposthair

    Жыл бұрын

    They are painful! They do inject your head with a pre anesthetic puncture, to help ease the pain after. But I'm not sure how much of a difference it actually makes. The pain does only last like 1-2 mins max.. and after that your head is completely numb.. and this happens twice, once at the back, and once at the front.. so just mentally be prepared!

  • @oggfish

    @oggfish

    @@amitposthair In my case i don't read anything about pre anesthetic. They probably stick those needles in right away. They said the first 5 i will surely feel. That means in my case 3x 5. My crown area will also be done.. That is why i asked what can i do as a pre measure? Use Valium (diazepam) to at least be dazed/relaxed? Or is there something that actually numbs me before i get injected? I hope someone knows this.

    Hi Amit, Really useful video. I'm thinking of getting a Hair Transplant done in Turkey and have been researching for some time. I have been told I may need 3500 - 4000 grafts. Some even advise I may need 2 transplant, bit like you was advised. For me the difficult part at the moment if deciding on a clinic and whether to have the Dr perform the incisions. Ideally I dont want to have 2 transplants and was hoping to have it completed in one. I also dont want to start finasteride, however many people are advising to not get a HT without it as its pointless. I would share my hair photos but cant in the comments.

    Hey man! Totally understand where you're coming from. I too had the same dilemma at the start. I think its important you be as clear as you can be to the clinic you decide to go with at the initial consultation stages. Initially for me, they had told me they wouldn't cover the full area but I was naive and thought once I waa there I could get it done. However it seemed like they knew what they were doing and recommended, so I decided to go along with it. I was also not to keen on taking fin but I eventually realised that it is beneficial. I've been on it for over a week now and have been feeling perfectly fine. Also, if you wanna share some pics, you can email me at posthairtransplanttips@gmail.com!
