Use THIS Brain Function to Level Up Your Life

Ғылым және технология

Cognitive control and flexibility is the key to changing when you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior. This video explains how this brain function works using a common health challenge you may have faced in the past.
In my experience, one of the most powerful ways of keeping up with your personal growth is to keep learning about your brain, how it works, and how to influence it to help you achieve the goals that matter most to you. You can get a deeper understanding of your brain just by watching videos like this, but it often helps to have written articles that you can easily search, highlight, and reference.
That’s why I provide written versions of all new Sense of Mind videos, complete with a list of peer reviewed sources that I used to write them, only for Patreon supporters of this channel ( including this one: / 98060122 ).
Plus, I do a monthly livestream only for Patreon supporters of Sense of Mind. So, if you want to continue learning about your brain in order to accelerate your personal development and just help you feel better, I urge you to go to / senseofmind and sign up.
