    Bhai mujhe gym experience hai 3 months ka meh 2-3 pull ups mar leta hu phir ni hota weight 73kg hai me weight lifting se calisthenics me shift hona chata hu apki vo short dekh ke jisme app btata te hai ki gym jane se internal strength ni badti app mujhe bta doge mere liye kon sa band axha hoga or kux tips me 10 push ups mar leta hu
