CHEST WORKOUT HOME ROUTINE | BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES | Rowan Row
Hey guys, I am super excited to share with you this bodyweight quick and effective chest routine exercises that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all. So No Equipment need it for this workout. This will give you chest growth and symmetry.
Make sure you execute every movement correctly and DO NOT GIVE UP.

Exercises:
1. 3 x Diamond push up
2. 3 x Lateral push up
3. 3 x Prowler push up
4. 3 x Archer push up
5. 3 x Decline push ups
6. 3 x Explosive negative push up
BREAK TIME between the exercises it is 20sec and try to complete the whole circuit 3-4 rounds.

    Oh god, that took lot out of me, chest, shoulders and triceps are burning right now. ☺️ Great workout. Specially last one explosive negative pushups were ensane after all other types of pushups.

    You like God light my life up. I've been working out follow your videos about abs and glutes, and I can see my progress so obviously, even my family and friends are surprised and thought I work out in gym.     Great vid as always mate, have now watched all your vids and started implementing 3 of them and alternating throughout the week . . .     This is going into my routine, I usually do pyramids, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, with 20sec in between but rest means still in push up neutral position like planks but with arms extended), trust me it is extremely tough.

I don’t know that I’ll ever need to go back to the gym these are well-timed I like the little camera video of you in the top right hand corner showing the next exercise during the rest break.     I was about to give up after only being able to do six reps out of my targeted 16, but to see a guy in such terrific shape do only six reps and repeat 3 times for 18 has given me hope to continue my efforts. Thank you so much, at 72 years of age, six reps seemed an ineffective waste of time, so as silly as this may seem to others I am truly grateful. I had thought that 3 sets of 25 were the bare minimum.

    You've got an amazing cameraman. He covered the best angles to help the viewers understand the correct form of each exercise. This is surely the best workout with just body weight! It'll be really helpful if you could come up with some shoulder workouts (especially for trapezius muscle) with just a pair of dumbbells.     Bro , training the same muscle group regularly is injurious, Muscles should be given proper rest and recovery only then there will be some improvement, what you witnessed is called newbegains Newbie gains which is not permanent

    I love this workout 👌 The rest between sets of the same exercise and the first set of different types of exercise is always 20 seconds or is it a little longer? I hope you get what I'm asking for (sorry, maybe it is an unclear question 😅)
