Take a gentle sniff, just few sniffs. Don't sniff too hard
Hello :) So u actually put the bottle inside of your nostril so that it touches the walls of the nostrils? Isn’t it going to contaminate the content of the bottle?

good question. I dont think it really gets inside. But in any way if you put it into your nose in any way you wont get around touching. If you use it THAT far out that it doesnt touch anything i guess the fluid wont be getting anywhere.
theres lots of side effects am so scared to try it but i need to because i cant breathe properly

If its that severe you should definitly contact your Doc
this is wrong. You should aim the spray back towards your ears so it is basically perpendicular to the bottom of your nose. That way, it reaches your sinuses which is where it is supposed to go.
