I agree SC needs to put 85% of their efforts on Cali players, Coach Link and staff will get there but it takes time to develop solid relationships with the local coaches and prospects, remember this is just his 3rd year here, and you really can't count year one, also this whole defensive coaching staff except Nua is brand new, they will get this Cali train rolling, wait and see✌🏽

Speaking truth. Mad Cali kids playing everywhere else. Man they need to go ahead and let some bread go to these kids too. I live in Tuscaloosa now and they treat these kids 💯 here. We need to do whatever it takes to get back to USC winning football games. Fight On ✌🏽

The Cali youth football weight limits fuck with that size discrepancy in my opinion. Some of the bigger kids that should play get pushed out or have to play a level up because they can’t make weight. I remember some kids that couldn’t play when I was playing then they just said fuck it and played basketball or some other shit and never came back to the game of football when we got to HS. Just one aspect I believe contributes to the size difference in Cali as compared to the south. Football is life in the south. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I just don't understand why Lincoln Riley does not understand this dynamic. Guys Lincoln Riley is learning on the job and is not as experienced as we thought he was. All of these things were masked as Oklahoma. The fact he did not understand that Grinch was not a good defensive coodinator was very telling.
