So lately government decided to revoke this article. Resulting in abrogation of the special status. A girl name Ankita in the above comment says that it turned out to be disastrous I refute this statement. It's actually good for the state because now it's under the control of central government, it follows the same laws which are applicable PAN-India.

That's not the case. Parliament is used as a theatrical tool because from a representative of a small constituency to the PM is treated equal there, so the former use it for their moment to shine.

@@surplusvalue3271 yea and before that there was a risk of terrorism. so would you rather risk having the people and those children die or let them be safe for now. education can be taken later on too, and it's not like books dont exist
So if the US government was serious business and bad jokes like "Pokemon Go-to-the-polls", and the UK government was a Monty Python sketch, India's government was like an unruly sporting match at points.

honestly i think for once , dictatorship isnt a bad thing . india needs a single powerful patriotic regime . no time wasted , everybody on the same page and works towards a single goal . no use of religion and race for political gains .India is underdeveloped because its a democracy where most of the population are ignorant and uneducated .while china is dictatorship that rules on discipline .therefore china was able to achieve way more in a short term of time while india still struggling .political stability is key for any nation to prosper .
