The ICC has no say over sovereign countries. The ICC is not the world's court except to those who agreed to it which the U.S. did not.

Israel has never invaded the Palestinians in that way, they never raped, murdered, burned babies, tortured and slaughtered hostages… Hamas provoked this war and said they will do it again and again, and that’s the reason Israel is being so aggressive in holding them accountable. That’s the reason Israel said never again, they are fighting for their very survival.
