Thanks . Not sure what you mean by an upper assembly. It does have all the parts , upper and lower . Minus the barrel and trunnion . That,s where I drew the line in the sand. As is it remains a fidget for a 50+ y.o. nerd. Or a fancy paper weight.

Thanks. I build improvisationally. Never make blue prints. If you watch many of my videos- it,s clear. I do not hands-on teach. Capable mechanics can decypher the builds just by looking.

Sir , I've been studying on how to make rifle and specialy 12 gauge 6x revolving action and also if I can revolving 20x 12 gauge cartridges, to protect my family for whenever will be time now I have to tell you that you are extremely talented and your work is very professional if I only could do something that could resemble a little bit to what you can do I would be very proud I think that your work is by far the best that I ever saw I know that of course these fires arms are model toy's like you project them "I hunderstand that u have to protect yourself from any accidents " but I huderstand the principle so all that to say that your work is masterpiece, respect to you

@STEINBVG thank you sir honestly I truly thought that you were army fire arm's specialist or professional gunsmith, one thing is for sure is that I won't be able to produce the same quality that you deliver but like I said I will study all your videos and try to produce at least a safe working fire arm for protection I have so many project that I won't live long enough to achieve everything but doing a fire arm is.now my priorities thank you for your videos. i noticed that your videos are well detailed and easy to follow so again frome a Jak of all trades, inventer of all sorts respect to you.

У нас тоже подтягивают гайки : от штата к штату варьирует интенсивность антиконституционного террора против оружия …хотя такой пистолет легально построить во многих юрисдикциях… Народ легко строит модульное оружие- AR15, SIG, GLOCK и другие, но куча ограничений , закалебаешься регистрировать. Свободный затвор и магазин как намёк на конверсию в автомат- забудь

Yes, it was improvisational and built using existing plumbing parts and their standard measurements. For instance 1/2” x 8” threaded steel plumbing nipple for the receiver. Th end cap, trunnion ( if I were to make one) are simply corresponding 1/2” threaded fittings. Thanks for watching. This project if you watch all the videos is not a difficult to emulate without any plans, if one has mechanical inclination and skills.

Весьма интересная конструкция П/П со свободным затвором! Сразу же видны простота и технологичность. Однако, недостаток конструкции это выходящая из ствольной коробки направляюшая при откате затвора в крайнее заднее положение. Поскольку из-за этого при стрельбе возникает риск травмирования стрелка при отсутствии плечевого упора.

Все правильно . Это временный компромисс. У оригинального Уру, как и у ППС43 пружина тонкая на направляющей и проходит сбоку( ППС) или сверху(Уру) затвора избегая контакта с УСМ. Я вначале хотел проще, пружину диаметра на всю коробку, как у Стена или других простейших ПП. Но из-за специфики УСМ подобного УРУ , пружина тормозилась шепталом одиночного огня( задний бугорок) и пришлось уменьшить диаметр пружины и поместить ее на направляющую- которая выходит наружу. Я собираюсь переделать аналогично ППС, но чтоб ручка затвора держала направляющую и тонкую пружину. Нет времени пока да и желания…

Спасибо. Все сделано как говорится на коленке. Использовал болгарку, сверлильный станок, дремел, напильники, наждак. размерны исходных метериалов в американском стандарте подходили друг к другу без нужды токарить. Магазин строить нет смысла и очень непросто - многие профессиональные компании использовали уже существующие доведенные и чужие магазины- от этого зависела надежность. Я использовал магазин от винтовки Хеклер-Кох 270( культовая штука) kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z21tztGHfLXforw.html

Спасибо дружище. Вас также. Посмотрите все мои видео на канале об этом ПП. В первом эпизоде я дал ссылку на 2 видео показывающие механизм и стрельбу реального бразильского УРУ 9мм. Я скопировал УСУ в точности. В двух словах на курке 2 бугра- передний - боевой взвод, задний- разъединительный который ловит затвор на откате при нажатом пальце- отпустив курок затвор соскакивает ~ 10 mm вперёд на взводной бугор. Это одиночными. При очередями- переключатель огня опускает задний бугор ниже затвора. Тот продолжает туда сюда пока не отпустишь или патроны закончатся. Все это видно в моих и чужих видео. Помните, это открытый затвор, самый простой- фиксированный боёк на его передней части: поднял патрон и загоняя его а ствол- пробил капсюль . kzread.info/dash/bejne/i42Nz5WhhK6Xj7g.html

@@yilmazbozkurt6952are you asking what is the diameter of the drop in trigger pin and selector switch? They both started as 7/16”. If you asking how many pins holding everything together- 3: 1) trigger pin, 2) selector switch3 ) rear plunger that locks upper and lower receivers. I don,t count 2 little screws that hold the trigger flat spring and the bolt that holds the pistol grip.

Not much of specific forearm work. However- try to hold weights w/o wraps when do back exercises, changing grips: palms up or down. And also do reverse or hammer biceps curls to focus on forearms

I,m not sure what you,re looking at, but the brass nut that represents the barrel ( nonfunctional) is screwed on the front of upper ( round ) receiver which houses the bolt , main spring etc. The lower receiver, square tube , houses the fire control group and mag well/release. Watch other videos on the topic, it will be clearer. Thanks

@@STEINBVG Flipped mirror would account for a right handed person holding a gun left handed but it doesn't change a right hand thread into a left hand thread or does it? I may have to screw a nut and bolt together in front of a mirror to see. I figured you just used a propane fitting you had laying around but that still would have required a left hand die to thread the back of the reciever. They do make and sell left hand taps and dies but you probably won't be buying one at a local hardware store. I have watched the Forgotten Weapons video on this sub-gun and prefer the original recoil spring design.

HA. The whole production is only 1 item....Although some manufacturers pumped themselves up for clients by starting a new production with #something like 10001, as if there were 10k guns before.

Ох и мудреная конструкция, слишком много мелких запчастей, механик молодец но это неудобное оружие если нужно быстро разобрать и собрать

1) неполная разборка для чистки предполагает разбор верхней коробки, затвора, боевой пружины. Все нижнее остается нетронутым. Выкручивается задняя гайка и все. 2) всего 20 частей при разборке полностью. Покажите мне оружие где меньше??? И он разбираются без инструментов. 3) Бразильский Уру с которого делался этот образец считается самым простым ПП.

У меня было только это:www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2017/06/15/brazilian-9x19mm-uru-smg-reloaded/ Я выделил курок на картинке, отксерил и отмасштабил как я понимал он должен быть- выпилил из 1/4 дюймовой стали…а остальное как в джазе- один аккорд ведёт к другому. Мне сильно помогло просматривание со стопами Forgotten weapons эпизод об Уру. Вот как то так…

Yes you are absolutely correct. My first video about it pays a special tribute to the original Brazilian 9 mm SMG. In my heart it takes 1t place amongst SMG due to it's insane simplicity.
