Look harder. Old factories, power stations, test and science equipment, vintage servers and computers. These kind of connectors are no longer made and usually 70 to 30 years old

Dobrý den, nemáte prosím nějaký tip, jak nejsnadněji odstranit piny z plastu, pokud jsou vydatně pocínované a jako bonus spájené drátky navzájem - trochu víc jako na úvodním obrázku? Zkoušel jsem ty konce odstřihávat apod. a šlo to strašně pomalu, tak jsem konektory nakonec zabalil do hadru a dezintegroval kladivem, ale stejně to jde pomalinku. Používáte nějaký fígl, že při vytahování z plastu jsou piny na dalším záběru jen lehce pocínované? Napadl mně horký písek, či něco podobného? Díky moc za tip - po pár hodinách jsem necítil ruku : )

PB hořák, opatrně nahřát, klepnout do hrnce s vodou :) Chce to cvik, ale jako bonus navíc je poměrně dost cínu.

@@BohumilGraman Díky moc za odpověď, ušetřil jste mi spoustu času při dalším rozebírání, už jsem objednal hořák - snad bude stačit 1200W. -Jinak jelikož mám omezené zdroje HNO3 a šetřím si ji na Ag a Pd, myslíte, že by šlo na odstranění základních kovů použít CuCl2 metodu, jako např. u ostřihů? Práce mám dost, tak by nebyl problém nechat to probublávat třeba 2 týdny a piny pro jistotu půlím, pro lepší přístup. - Ještě jsem tento týden narazil na kartách ze starých obráběcích center kromě URSů a zlacených tranzistorů na plechové relé, jako v tomto inzerátu: aukro.cz/vf-rele-6969073453?gclid=CjwKCAiApNSABhAlEiwANuR9YEuOSCk6ovN-X1-v0UB_f9Hw1tGi8x0thyO8ULvxP5hT2TyL0prtZxoCJMwQAvD_BwE nemají žádné označení, nesetkal jste se s nimi už? Nakoľko ja používam 96%-nu HNO3 a AU šupinky sú dosť roztrhané neprejde to cez tu netkanú textíliu? Tie roztoky čo my ostal y sa nedajú niekomu ponúknuť nakoľko som z nich vybral len AU? Ak sa môžem opýtať odklial beriete také kvalitne materiály na spracovanie? Ak to nieje tajomstvo.

HNO treba v mensom pomere. Velky pomer sice funguje rychlejsie ale reakcia je burliva preto mate vysledok vela roztrhanych malych supiniek. Pri mensom pomere zostavaju folie kompaktnejsie.

HNO3 96 procent je zvěrstvo, přesně jak píše kolega ELMino. Navíc už bude docházet i k naleptávání zlata. Roztoky - vše má svou cenu, jde jen o množství. Materiál - nic není tajemství, ale těch zdrojů je tolik a tak různých, že to nelze vypsat. Doporučuji obrážet sběrny a s pomocí alkoholu, tabáku a malých finančních obnosů si vytvořit spojence. :) Korálky nezkoušej, už nefungují... :D

@@BohumilGraman I forget the actual time frame but lets say 50s to 90s somewhere around there, several people have patents that are solutions that contain a wide range of chemicals and agents that consumes the Solder. Its extremely unique because you can put the entire board in a tub of this solution and within 30 minutes you can pull everything off. Now the only thing is , I have no clue how much of anything should be added or how diluted, I played around with it and have yet to find the right combination. A guy has a video on youtube of him showing how its done but he wont tell anyone how he does it

@@BohumilGraman im a fan of diluted nitric and citric acid for gold plated boards, I remove everything first by using a fire pit with only ambers left after a fire, place them above with a grill or stove like piece and let the heat do its job for a couple mintues and everything comes right out. Surface mount items like MLCCs etc I need to do a sand bath but that only takes a couple minutes as well. Than remove the rest of the solder than place in nitric or AP. AP does well because it will remove the solder mask so I dont need to treat it with a lye bath just takes longer. Love youre videos on yields per amount and doing random connectors etc. It really helps everyone if more people did this so we could put together a complete yield list for everything, boards, connectors, cpus, memory and so on. I buy a lot of my items since I can no longer scrap due to health problems but I try to buy insanely good deals, example...10 pounds of card edge connectors with wrap pins plus 10 pounds of HP boards from 70s for $52 on ebay. Another time 50 pounds of military radar or something boards never used, completely plated one side and thick cm traces on back for 89.99
