Tell everyone you think you know about reptiles without saying it? Yea, let’s have full heat 24/7 in the entire environment. Having your metabolism running wide open nonstop is ideal… Different things do best in different environments, & have different needs. As a general rule for reptiles you should offer both a hot & cooler side of the optimum temperature range for the animal to choose which they prefer. Always being hot isn’t a good thing. Too hot is also a problem. This video gives you no information to make that comment with any validity. You may have some experience caring for one kind of reptile that moved a little bit faster for food, but this lizard is not in any distress. Probably not to fast because it’s well fed regularly. No need to rush to the food. Don’t make dumb assumptions with absolutely zero evidence to support anything close to what you’re implying.
