This reminds me of that scene in Moneyball, where Billy Beane disrupts the partying in the locker room asking, "Is losing fun? Then why are you having fun?" The problem is that Urban is the one dancing on the bench (Giambi), when he should be the one upset because losing isn't fun.

He’s thrown the players under the bus twice since this scandal started. On his radio show yesterday he said “it’s up to the leaders on the team to get over this situation” that he alone created.

This right here, is when it ENDED. When Urb didn't fly back with the team, it was OVER. Ownership should've told Urb he didn't need to come back cause he was fired. This was 'cause and THEN SOME'. Fire him here, you don't have to pay him a dime. Fire him here, you're legally covered as an organization. When your coach has lost the owner's trust barely two months in, just own the mistake and MOVE ON. Instead, they let him off the hook here and fired him in December.

just to nick pick but a few coaches stayed behind but for health reasons. I believe Andy Reid did for heart related conditions.

That game was a good one. The Jaguars did show major improvement and was looking good. I'm so sorry that the coach did this to take time away from the team. Now this will keep coming up for a long time regardless if the team starts winning games. It's just a major distraction that thay team doesn't need. And he tells Trevor to be careful when he goes to Los Vegas for his bachelor party. And then Urb goes and does what he was warning Trevor about. I pray that the team can keep their minds on football and can put this mess behind them. I feel bad for the team and especially Trevor. Trevor is a very talented QB and needs to focus on his career. If they would pay me 10 million dollars, I guarantee you that team would start winning. I would eat, sleep, breath and live that team. They would have my full focus. I wouldn't go to bars messing with young chicks are trying to bang the cheerleaders. The team would have my full attention. I pray this will pass and we can get back to football.

Jim Rome splits skulls with the truth. The Urb has zero clue what it takes to win in the NFL. And when the chips are down, he runs like a Frenchman from a cap gun. Who was Florida's real competition back when he coached them in the SEC? (Yes there were a few good teams, but certainly no Saban-led Alabama's.) Who was Ohio State's real competition when he coached them in the Big 10?? NO ONE. Michigan had always been the rival, but after they let Lloyd Carr go, the Wolverines have been a joke. Did this guy really think that having Trevor Lawrence (an awesome talent) was all he needed to be successful in the NFL? And when he's 0-4, now it's time to run?? That is pathetic at best.

Considering the questionable things celebrities and pro athletes have done publicly I’m wondering why this has become such a big issue. I believe everyone involved in this incident was a consenting adult. Meyers wife has a right to be outraged by his public behavior, and everyone has a right to their opinions but I don’t think any laws were broken. If anyone involved in this issue proclaims to be religious, then they have a problem that needs to be dealt with. If the NFL has some sort of moral clause in their contracts, which would seem to be the hight of hypocrisy, then they have a vested interest. Aside from all of that it seems to me it isn’t really anybodies business. What he did was really, really, stupid, but women have been making fools out of men since the beginning of time. If stupidity was a crime the jails would be full.

Meyer needs a win to save his $10 million a year job with bonus excluded. With bonuses could be $45 million a year! His team is on board after pre game prep talk: "I'm just like one of you guys, total womanizer, let go win one for the team!"
