He talks as if he is talking to some guests came to his home. What a confidence !!!

That's probably because he holds data around every topic. You definitely require the pre requisite data to process and present it as relevant information. We all are capable of processing, the only thing few of us lack are at Data (input) and that guy possess great deal of it. Start Reading, start analysing things you'll definitely come up with even better answers. Best of luck !

Why not? I used to be very under confident. But, I started to read and analyse issues, ideas, problems, and gained general knowledge. You can do it too! The best thing to do is to read The Hindu newspaper, it really helps!

What i learnt from this interview is that if you don't know an answer just say that clearly and don't feel any pressure. It's a personality test and it tests your patience. Pretty Confident and Nice interview by Akshat Sir...

It's all about who prevails and who makes their way to the top you can't expect an employee to be recognized but an employee can be promoted to a higher a level where he MAY get recognition. I wonder if his answer to that particular question would really earns him marks in actual interview if it was really asked. His answer was like a double edge sword.
My age is 43 and i m not candidate of UPSC but what an Interview of Akshat jain, he was so calm during interview. Akshat meine aaj tak bahut logo kein interview dekhein hein, lekin aapnay jis tarah say jawaab diya hein, it's really great. Mein aaj 43 yrs par bhi itney calmly jawab nahi dey sakta, that's why Akshat is IAS and I'm working in pvt co. Really great Akshat.
He definitely feel me happy while giving the interview due to his way of delivering all the answer's of each questions Nice aptitude of interview

wow👍👍👍 his interview was superb..... what a confidence 👍 it seems like he knew all the questions that he was asked in the interview hall... he is only 23 and he impressed the jury by giving all the answers correctly and in a very efficient manner 👍... This Guy is really awesome . He is too much brilliant . Every time every answer he provided very clearly & this is prove that he is illegible for upsc officer. Because,, he is deserve it .
he is passed out from our school India international school Jaipur... We were in 11th standard.. When he visited our school once again... He had a heartwarming welcome.. I could clearly feel the nostalgia he had.. All his teachers met him.. He was very happy... He gave a wonderful speech... We all were inspired very much.. Proud of you Akshat bhaiya💜❤

You need to know about Democracy. In a democratic country, we can't set these kind of standards like edu. Qualifications, interview, written test, etc. Contesting for election should be unconditional. If we do this, then it would be elimination of many people from contesting elections. So, it will spoil our democracy.

This is what I think UPSC is about they check your thought process and thinking. You can't just memorise answers, you need to change thought process it's about your knowledge with mixture of your intelligence and opinions

Best candidate ever. Not only in interview but he’s actually working very hard on ground level here in Madhya Pradesh. Happy to see these educational videos getting so many views rather than all the crap available 🧡🧡
