I'm my opinion he did better than Akshat Jain (CRE Rank 2, 2018). Junaid was asked more difficult questions as well as more instigating questions. He did very well handling both of them.

Akshat is much younger than him, this guy looks much older and already in IRS. In my opinion he was asked much easier questions and the panel was much humble in asking questions. As far as the religious questions are concerned they are not inconvenient at all the and the tone of the question for more in favor. His answers resonate of any general minority on the street. I agree his voice and flow of answers is much smoother.

I have never commented on any video of interview yet. but this time i was forced how calm he was, how pleasing he was, like how charismatic,enjoyable,,... best interview ever watch. his reasoning no doubt can be taken into consent. no words a batch of excellence.👏👏👏

I really admire the way he delivers his speech or thoughts. Calm and polite. Deserving people have it in their attitude.

I recommend that politicians should also be made to give interview and Crack exams before going in POLITICS. Kuch unpadh log desh chala rhe hai aur ham padh likh kar naukar bane hue hai 🤦‍♀️

No matter how many interviews someone sits in, this kind of confidence and tranquility is very very rare . UPSC is absolutely not for socially awkward personalities , that is confirmed. The interviewers are not hostile, but the probing questioning and counter questioning is terrorising for a person in his/her bubble. Mr Junaid is somebody who has mastered the art of diplomatic communication

I also disliked the video just because of his age reduction statement ..Many are medical graduates they get selected in neet after 2..3 attempts they need 6 yrs in completing Mbbs and they need at least 1 yrs for Upsc preparation

I 've read & watch the interview of all heroes and sir/madam who have secured 1 & 2 for last 3 consecutive years, out of them I truly Captivates & come with a outcome that this person desreve much more ,,how a person remains diligent with enormous hard work , i salute your forbearance and passivity , your dedication and stubborn attitude proofs that something you set goal once with honest intention then no body can obstruct you achieve that..

Sales and marketing agents mostly found to be such pleasing personality, it's enough for selling products, but his lack of knowledge is quite ostensible from his lame answers, probably he managed to conceal it under the cover of smile, which in fact was a nervous smile of ignorance, and the interviewers fell into that cover up and trap.

I've seen 100+ interviews, He's way mature than other,more calm n pleasing.a truly deserving candidate.

He is very factual in his answers. No beating around the bush at all. To the point, precise but good explanation at the same time. No less No more. Precise quantity n Precise quality in answers. Very impressive. Knowledgeable. Soft spoken, calmly answered all questions with confidence and charming smile.

The way he is answered every question so amazing confident guy I used to watch these interviews .he is so docile and answering point to point well done

He is so innovative ,out of the box thinker and actual problem solver that these are reflect in his answers 🙂which force interviewers to think upon it,that clearly seen in their faces..

Though I m not preparing for upsc but when I feel upset due to problem, I watch Junaid sir because of his calm personality. Thanks to Drishti academy for sharing us. May God bless you.

The day I watched his interview.. I started liking junaid a lot that how smoothly n clearly he held the communication with these gentle people... N today I wish I could apply for upsc but unfortunately I am at the age of 32 currently.. N when I was eligible I even had no idea about this super exam Or position... Really I wish I could... I am preparing for net/jrf N from Junaid I have got much confidence so I would be doing much hard work in the current field... So that I may have the feeling of being there...

I am not sure if the answers he gave but he seemed extremely humble and honest. And the lady interviewer seemed already impressed even before she started taking interview.

Bro if listened properly then at 28:20 the board member mentioned "as you are the part of civil service servant previously " and he mentioned too that " he was in IRS Indian revenue services" that means he cleared upsc in the past now he was trying for upper rank " Please be unbiased with everyone The age curtains should be at least 28 And any graduation degree never takes more than five years that mean at the age of 25 every one will be graduate student so + 3 years of preparation is enough and UPSC is allowing aspirants from the age of 21 now u can calculate the entire story

If 26 is his choice,he should not try to give CSE after his 26..Yes,he already cracked IRS but should not seek for IAS after his 26...He is still giving the exam..and,the concern is the limit for giving exam particularly..as 26 is his choice,if he didn't seek for IAS,some1 of under 27 might be there in the list in place of him as per his concern...he does't deserve his statement..Yes,UPSC is still allowing him giving the exam this time,but giving the exam or not after 26 is under his choice..Again,yes,it is opinion,but better to be reasonable to him first...

The first interviewer asking questions peacefully not like CBI I like the way he's interviewing.

He has inspiring personality.Very cool and calm with a lovely smile.He even replied to the religious sensitive topics in an effective way which I really liked. Very impressive. Keep it up dear. You are the rare gem💎. All the best. 👍
