On June 11, 2024 I rode Upper Phil's at Phil's Riding Area in Bend, Oregon. Upper Phil's is a black diamond all mountain trail that starts off at the service road an easy flowy trail. Once you pass the interesection for Storm King Upper Phil's becomes more difficult and features rocky single track and rock gardens.
