Your lavalier records on mono, i recomend you set that sound in the middle (Left and Right), hence your voice doesn't sound in one ear, it would sound in the two headphones.

Great workout! Loved your pull ups. The DB pullover can be used with different muscle focuses in mind. I mainly use it as a great back (lat) exercise. You probably gotta arch your back a bit though to get a proper lat stretch and you only really need to pull back to your eye line.
