Your TP4056 does not have low battery voltage protection, your batteries will be ruined

What of over discharge protection? You could have attached 3.7 BMS to each 18650cell. You can salvage them from old phone battery..

yes, this is without protection BMS board, but you can change within protection BMS board, and this is old laptop batteries.

I just removed the Xrated capacitor 155 and bridge diodes from same PCB and connect the cords of 5volts DC pin at filter capacitor's +ve and _ve terminals, and the then connect the 3.7 v cell phone battary with PCB's battary terminals. In this way when 5volts input is given the auto on off switching of emergency light is working properly and charging is normal with 1amp charger. You may try my way and will be glade to see the result.

You need circuit with over discharge protection.

you did not try plugging the usb power source in "on" mode if it wil put off as emergency lights do. .and automatically "on" during brown-out. .👍

You may use the existing PCB. Just remove the X rated capacitor 155 , 390 k bleeder resistor and bridge rectifier diodes, now take a DC charging socket and connect its terminals carefully with filter capacitor's +very and _ve terminals and then connect 3.7 volts batteries (must be connected in parallel) and connect at the pcb's + and _ terminal. Then take 5 volts, 1amp charger whose charging pin should be according to the hole of DC charging socket. In this way you may 100% use the existing charging circuit and also enjoy the auto on off switching mode of emergency light. I did the same one week ago and my dp emergency led light is working wonderfully.

Yes you can use added 5v mobile adapter in light

this board can charge only one battary..this board not for 2 batteries, board got heat

I have Dp Led light But this is 8 watt 9110 model. It has 3 lead Acid battery but i dont know Its voltage ? Because of both are zero Fucked. Connection is +++,--- parrallel. I connect one full charged protected Nitecore 3.7, 18650 battery. But Lumence is low on full mode. Not 8 watt, not as compare to privious lead Acid Lumence. Q1 how to increse energy or Lumence? 1) if Connect 3.7×2( 7.2 volt 18650)??? 2) Use "High Drain" model of 18650???
