UPDATING OUR BATHROOM COUNTERTOPS // DIY with Contact Paper!!

Hi Y'all!
Today I wanted to show you how I updated my green outdated bathroom countertops to a more modern finish using $10 contact paper from Amazon. (See below for link)
I am hoping you can learn from my mistakes and perhaps this will encourage you to give it a try in your home. Contact paper is such a good choice because it is easy to remove if your DIY fails.. Watch to see what happens with mine :)
Have a fabulous day and thanks so much for tuning in.

Nice i am watching everything i can on how to lay vinyl. I want to do my kitchen cabinets, your video defiantly helped! A little bit of heat softens the vinyl and it is easier to work with. Just apply heat where ever you are having trouble and it makes it pliable. Any bubbles that are left over just stab them to get the air out and then just flatten them out. You did a great job!!

The reflection in the contact paper makes it look like stone. Nice work.

I needed to see this video! It was hard trying to lay down the paper with the sink in the way 👏🏾👏🏾. Do you have a video of you using the epoxy for the kitchen?

Oh I’m so glad! Unfortunately we sold the house and I never had the chance to do the kitchen counters! But someday in our new home I would love to do something! I have a million more videos to edit but I’ve been in baby then wedding planning mode and so I’m behind! Sorry!! 😊

How do you like it? I'm debating if I should use the paper or paint for all my counter tops

Hey! I just clean it with Lysol all purpose cleaner or sometimes I use vim, or any bathroom cleaner. The tiles have held up perfectly. I’m going to do an updated video to show you guys ASAP! I already filmed it, I just have to edit it 😝

i FOND IT EASIER TO CUT THE PIECE BEING USED AROUND THE SINK IN HALF. RATHER THAN ONE BIG PIECE (PAIN IN THE BUTT TRYING TO CUT OUT SINK)
