Updated Travel Art Kit
My updated travel art setup to take with me when I travel or when I want something more minimalist.

I have one of those and love it. I actually go lighter for day to day - just pencils and pens and a small toned sketchbook for my purse. But the art tool kit goes with me when I know I am going to be out of the house for more than just a few hours or days. It's perfect for our camping trips.
I have always done smaller watercolor paintings and never needed much with me but it was always taking up so much space... this helped me deciding if I wanted to make the investment or not in the toolkit and things. I'm super excited to get that in the mail.
Love that little pouch-which it was a bit less expensive though.
I got one of those silicone cups with a lid, with my menstrual cup, for cleaning it in.
Have you thought about using Swedish dishcloths? Instead of the mechanic cloths? They are excellent for watercolor.

I haven't thought about that! Thanks for the suggestion - I'm going to go look into this now!
MP is out of business and the other is CRAZY expensive and only has 9 items in stock. Oh well....
