Hey! It's been a really long time since I saw your content! I'm happy you have been working on yourself and on your plans/thoughts, but I really missed your videos ahahha. An indication that I would do if it was on your interest, is that I belive you could try to find other kind of series that envolve your same enthusiasm with stationery artifacts but without needing to by more of then, like tips to organize your plans etc. Please, don't stop creating contente here, this shoud recieve more recognition, the world needs your creativity!!! I have always done smaller watercolor paintings and never needed much with me but it was always taking up so much space... this helped me deciding if I wanted to make the investment or not in the toolkit and things. I'm super excited to get that in the mail.

I have one of those and love it. I actually go lighter for day to day - just pencils and pens and a small toned sketchbook for my purse. But the art tool kit goes with me when I know I am going to be out of the house for more than just a few hours or days. It's perfect for our camping trips.

I need the same setup and it’s been a struggle! And rings don’t work I need a binded book. I use a moleskine weekly planner my only complaint is that it doesn’t have enough note pages and A LOt of extra pages I didn’t need and I wish it had the monthly- weekly alternate. I’m here to view the your review your ardium to see if i want to do that or the moleskine.

I bought a drawing kit that had everything you needed to draw and more. Very happy with it, it included the blinder naturally. So much easier than buying everything separately. Have since purchased two more to donate at Christmas to children/teens.

Moleskine does the same format. As well as Muji. Muji is true A5 and Moleskine is A5 slim. I've been using Moleskines for over a decade and the way I get round not having many notes pages is getting an 18-month planner and using those extra 6 months worth of pages for notes, lists, etc.

Your sentiments towards decorating and setting up a planner - I feel exactly the same. That’s just not for me anymore. I’ve moved out of planners because I thought they didn’t work for me when in fact it was just the bulky cover.

I love to watch people's fountain pen videos. Some very nice Piilots. I only 1 myself, a Custom 74 is a SFM. It's a great pen. So the FA nibs do have ink starvation issues when flexing. I heard a fix is to get a custom feed done. I don't know of the place, but there is a site which sells ebonite feeds for Pilot pen with a FA nib to solve the issue. The actual Pilot Falcon pen though does not have that problem. Weird huh? And, I don't understand how I got to Part 2 first, skipping part 1? Sign cheques?? Who signs cheques anymore?? Kidding. I miss the days when we had to sign for credit cards purchases.

Very well done travel kits, but they seem to be a little overkill. Do you really need all those brushes? The board holder seemed a little cumbersome, although it looked like it would be handy in an art studio. I think your on the right track, maybe find a mini bag to combine and scale down your essential must have supplies, including a smaller art board, small washi masking tape roll, and art journal. Then you can go anywhere, at anytime. Would love to see what you get done:)🦋

I totally agree - thanks for the feedback. I found myself paralyzed by all the stuff, but I've now found a solution I really like and used on a few outings and trips. I plan to post an updated video over the next week or so!

Saiun-do (sa-ee-oon-doh) is a very looked up to art shop in Kyoto Japan. I believe they hand make these and they make all their pigments from mainly natural minerals. So the price is acty in the cost of the pigments, not actually the bowls 😊 For traditional Nihonga painting. I'm dying a little inside because I JUST had to cancel my trip to Kyoto. I've been so excited to go to that shop! 😭 These are an artist's dream to have.
