Do you not use slowest with movement, fastest against movement for this technique when dealing with minus cyl. Can you do a video of ret using WD lens luke this but always working in minus cyl.

Sir how it is -2 spherical in final prescription when we palce working distance +1.5and -2.00 spherical than it will be equal to -0.5 ,beacuse they are opposite on sign ,so they cancel each others effect.Isn't it?

This is the main feature of this technique. In this technique, we placed a separate working distance and don't count in final prescription. It's like not adding WDP while neutralising and not subtracting while calculating final prescription. Please watch the video few more times and practice in real patients. Sir, what about we don't put trial frame and WDP? How can we do faster in checking the pts power?

Same procedure... If you don't want a extra WDP lens then neutralize one meridian with a spherical trial lens and then other meridian with a trial cylinder lens. But subtract working distance power from spherical power to get the final prescription.

If it is already neutralize with WD power in both meridian then

Then patient is Emmetropic. There is no refractive error.

@@Asifali-uq7wz We are talking about, After putting working distance power lens into trial frame if the reflex is neutralized in both meridian then Patient is Emmetropic. If without working distance power lens reflex is neutralized then patient is Myopic equivalent to working distance power power.
