This is the way I did it with the original remap kit because I didn't understand why they would have you a fix it to the board with 3M tape which will eventually fall off and the connection wouldn't stay so it was common sense to attach it to the pegs directly versus sticking it to the board. I'm glad that this is an updated video for those that don't think outside of the box or the original directions as I'm sure this will help many others

I have customers complaining the paddles intermittent not working. And I found out when pressing L3 the paddles would stop working and when releasing they work fine again. Is this the reason you use the 4 plastic corner pieces instead of the EVA tape?

You only have to solder if you're planning to remap the TOUCHPAD. If you're just using the paddles, there is no soldering.

Updates are too slow. I reported that the touchpad version had changed in last October.
