I have been trying to get into sewing for a few years now but always seem to give up. Seeing you make a pair of pants is really motivating.

I'm so glad! It's pretty tough honestly! I tried to make it as realistic as possible, and include that I honestly need so much visual help in order to make my brain understand some of the concepts. Don't be too hard on yourself and start really easy! Being able to copy a pair of shorts I already owned was super helpful

Everything looks so amazing!!! I can’t believe how fast you’ve picked up sewing. The shorts came out so good! Top tip about pants though, the front pattern pieces are actually slightly smaller than the back pattern. If you trace both sides you’ll get that perfect bike shorts fit you want

The baby scissors im 🥺 Edit: omg im at the end i cant BELIEVE (!!) how good the shorts look! You lined up the eva designs perfectly and the FIT of them! I never would have thought of the crotch fix to make them tighter and more like bike shorts. Truly genius, please keep giving me sewing inspo bestie
