great video. your research is extensive indeed, warms the heart. However< i'd like to remind everyone that not to lose dight of the true goal which is spiritual development afterall, all else we gain in this life be it skills nor abilities; they all are empty and transient. nothing but mere illusions. Just like The Buddha said. Abilities are only justifiable if they come as a consequence of spiritual development. Take heed,

horse stance is the key... The correct stance. Not the popular one everyone and shaolin popularized or promoted by westerners... But the lost one. The correct horse stance isn't painful, and utilizes imagination... after time thought becomes material... this horse stance which allows reduction of weight

thought becomes material, isn't that how qi strengthens the body. So it suffices to say that the "CORRECT" horse stance strengthens something.

@@tor_p_L_well, not horse stance as as stance in the conventional way. I've seen lots of horse stances, but it seems no one understands the essence anymore. Just like in the martial arts no one utilizes correctness. But in this matter I meant horse stance in preparation for jumping... When done correctly horse stance utilizes the imagination aspect which today you don't find being promoted or mentioned. Kungfu is beyond the common sense of today's physics. Thus you just have to believe. It's like how ppl are able and finding out that telekinesis is very real... Unless you've had first hand experience you'll never understand or achieve it, but if you have the desire, you'll certainly be able to move objects with the mind. Same case for horse stance where you imagine body is suspended and lifted by string from top of head and like imagination. You stand, clear your mind then focus on the imagination. Concentration of attention on this is what is required and results won't make you wait.

@@tor_p_L_now, to jump high or do qing gong . You need to strengthen the ankles. That's the secret. And in order to do this, you may plant a corn seed and jump next to it everyday... You jump in the correct stance, that is, you suspend your weight and snap at the ankles to jump... If you do this, instead of the conventional method of snapping at the knee when jumping, you'll see results. But do it seriously and with intent and power. And in time you'll be able to jump very high. Remember, the ankles is the key.

No matter how many yrs you jump, or dig a hole or the exercises in the video... As long as you don't utilize correct lessons learned from the CORRECT horse stance, your efforts will still be wasted... you must remember, the key to flight lies in the mind, and the ancients could lift huge structures vimanas with the power of their will alone, let alone lifting their own bodies. No matter how much you train muscles, you'll always get the same results professional athletes of today who've jumped trained for yrs get... Nothing impressive ...you must go beyond, use the mind,.😊
