I feel like that originally this game was going to be more like Sonic 3 in terms of how much content it had in fact there’s even evidence to suggest that Hyper forms would have returned

But people already knew about it bc of sonic 2 getting a mobile port 4 years before mania released and hidden palace from Sonic 2 was a hidden stage in mystic cave zone

The Lava Reef boss actually looks pretty interesting, maybe we could get something like it if we get a sequel to Mania or something.

I've always wondered what stuff was deleted from Sonic Mania, other than the Art Book the physical copy of Sonic Mania Plus I never saw much about deleted stuff, The beta Egg Reviere was insane too

The old phase 3 for the Metal Sonic boss fight was removed as well

@@IamAVeryNormalSonicEnjoyer in the metal sonic fight, metal sonic didn't always use the phantom ruby to trun into that giant form like metal sonic kai. original, you had to hit him while being chased by a spike wall.

Egg reverie boss looks like a bit of a mess, but that is probably because it was unfinished. :P

I think it looks way cooler since it incorporates the other hard-boiled heavies into the fight as well as having both eggman and heavy king fighting you at the same time

i love the concept of having to fight the hard boiled heavies in egg reverie, and possibly when eggmans turn there will be eggman robots like maybe a buffed DD wrecker and metal sonic for sure

All bosses are very interesting. If they were inserted and included in the game, it would be more exciting, intense and impressive!

I see what the final boss battle alt still unused. Context: In Eggman Final Boss Sprite there's an unused sprites Nobody knows what this giant robot does. :/

Yes, you can play these bosses with a mod. (download in the description) But it's only for PC players.
