All that's missing is your glass block walls (& dehumidifier) to be the perfect '80s house for you Ethan! They seemed to have two sets of pastel pallettes in that era: candy (pink, mint, banana) or dusty (peach, mauve, moss, grey). What kind of wood were the cabinets? Unusual to see now. Maybe beech? My favourite was the chandelier! And then OH to see it hanging in the half demolished ruins!😮 Kind of a shock of reality. So so glad you were able to document this beauty before it was lost!

I understand the basement has water in it but that's a no biggie that can be drained and fixed no problem there's basements that have more water than that that have been fixed. I wish I had the money I would buy that house fix it up and I want to live in it I don't know where you're at in the part of the United States but let me tell you that house is I love it. Handsomest explorer I love it when you say what is up guys ❤❤ love your content
This reminds me of a 1980s Barbie Dream Home. I loved this! So sad to see it gone and that they left the chandelier.😊
Ethan, your explores are my fav!
It's so sad that beautiful house is going to be torn down! it wouldn't take much to fix it where people could live in it again! Thank you for sharing!!
Thanks for the video
Great video Ethan 👍❤️😎
Wow what a beautiful home that was. It's was so big. I lives the double sided fireplace , and the staircase classic beauty. It's sad the whole basement was flooded. It's good they are salvaging some things like the cabinets. That master bathroom with sauna, Jacuzzi , was magnificent . I think That could have been a mother- law addition. I know it was sad at the end to see it being torn down as this home was really to nice for this happen to. Thanks for showing it Ethan really great work you're doing. ❤❤❤

Hi Ethan , fab place, shame it's gonna be flattened , love the colours of the rooms. Another great video thank you x
Pink and gray was a popular colour combo in the 80's. I had a pink and gray swatch watch back in those days. Good times.
A very nice home minus the flooded basement - Very nice!!!
👸✨🎀 MY FAVORITE!! Ethan I have liked many of the explores but this is 💯 my taste between the pink and the pastels and THAT CHANDELIER!!! I love this house!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My heart sunk when I saw the basement was flooded. This place was really nice.
Beautiful sad to see it abandoned some people can only Dream if living in a place like that great video thank you for sharing
That's right the fixtures and finishes are what make a building a time-capsule, not the actual contents of finding a place full of stuff. The clue of the Jenn-Air original manual was great to find
1988 and no dust??!! NAAAhhhh! Someone has been in there recently ! That house is super clean!
I love this house....love the style and the colors of the paint.....the kitchen must have been beautiful with those amazing cabinets......how sad to destroy this wonderful house.....if I had the cash, I'd buy it in a minute....great video....from michigan in the usa
