Have fun Surah 2:22 speaks nothing of the sort. There are many black Americans saying Islam helped the Muslim Arabs enslave Africans and Muslims Arabs were the first to enslave Africans specifically to make them work for Muslims. Id like to invite you to Islam. There is none worthy of worship except Allah. And Muhammad peace and blessings upon him is the slave and final messenger of Allah. Jesus is also the slave and messenger of Allah. Allah created us to worship Him and Him alone. We will all die and return to Him, and He will judge us. @E Lee All of that happened when people were uneducted and it was a trend back then. Roman empire was greatest empire and what do you think they didn't captured any slaves? And somehow Islam removed this concept of slavery and even they bought some slaves and made them free amd accodrding to our beliefs. A Companion of Prophet (pbuh) who was a black slave before Islam will lead him to Jannah.

Us Mandingo/Mandinka people take Islam very seriously and 99% of us are Muslim but I feel saddened how they and along with other west African ethnic groups were taken from their homes and forced to change their culture,language,and religion. Also Mandingo/Mandinka's first were animists but later on after Mansa (king in Mandingo) Musa took a bunch of Mandingoes to Mecca a bunch of them turned to Islam because Mansa Musa himself was Muslim.

as an arab muslim from land of arabia ive been taught to never forgive/forget those who kidnapped our brothers and sisters from africa and took them into slavery for we are all slaves to allah only and to no other man my father and his fathers before him were taught to never forget that we had brothers and sisters of darker skin and of great faith kidnapped from their homes and sold across oceans its been told to us as if an entire tribe of our people been kidnapped and we speak about it till this day in pain it brings tears to my heart seeing my african brothers in america living poorly and being discriminated against one day our big family will reunite, for we are of all colors and languages but yet bonded by blood and affection like no other
