Sugar 1 tablespoon = 25 grams
Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon = 18 grams
Yogurt 1 tablespoon = 22 grams
Flour 1 heaping tablespoon = 30 grams

✅Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar (4 tablespoons)
a pinch of salt
Beat 3-4 minutes
180 grams of yogurt (8 tablespoons)
100 ml sunflower oil (5.5 tablespoons)
lemon peel
250 grams flour (8.3 heaping tablespoons)
10 grams of baking powder
400 grams of blueberries
coconut flakes (to taste)
Bake in preheated 180°C (360°F) oven for 45 minutes.
Baking dish 18x28 cm (7x11 inches)

С брусникой попробуйте, посыпав ложкой крахмала, если замороженая. И вишня тоже обьедение
КРИСТИ -. Очень, очень очень вкусно. Приготовила. Благодарю за рецепт. Я только вместо кокосовой стружки сверху пирог посыпала штрейзелем.- смесь сахара, муки и сливочного масла. Ну очень вкусно получилось. Удачи тебе!!!

Я бы тоже не стала посыпать кокосом, лучше , как Вы советуете , крошкой! Просто я не люблю вкус кокоса! Привет из Хельсинки!

@@user-xc4cf7lf9s , если вы её любите, то можно:)) Она же жёсткая... Если не ягоды, то можно фрукты добавить: яблоки, сливы, персики. И сухофрукты даже можно. С черносливом, с курагой будет вкусно. Только их надо немного размочить предварительно - в чае или вине.
